We don't. She's a woman in a family of predominantly men and they don't take her serious and she has alot to prove to them. Whatever her background is, it shouldn't filter into her professional conduct which is both discriminatory and harassing.

The color of a person’s skin should not trigger this kind of behavior. When Jennifer’s boyfriend visited the building where was the police then and constantly purposely mispronouncing their names. Being professional she should make it her business to get that right. Seeing and having first hand knowledge of the police killing our black children and there is no repercussion does not sound like a missed opportunity.

I'm a black man former ARMY ARTILLERY SOLDIER. I've ran and owned multiple corporations and now I'm a Manager in a top company. As of this year I've fired at least 4 people primarily our people for refusing to follow policy. Mostly for being late or not following directions. Chase has BROKEN the rules. Our problem is the welfare system taught mothers that they didn't have to be accountable for their actions and someone would give them a free pass. It's rubbed off on their sons. I deal with this everyday. Bethany is frustrated just like I am when I walk in my office in the morning and found out our folks have not done simple task after I've given them opportunity after opportunity and let some things slide that could have gotten them fired immediately like having alcohol on the job. We need to take accountability for OUR PART racism or not. This is NOT racism it's simply someone holding us accountable and we don't like that.

I generally call people by their names but if they ignore something I've Instructed them to do they will be on their way out the door and replaced with employees that can follow directions.
