Looks like a solid trailer. I'd put a hydraulic jack on it though. Crank jacks can be a real pain if you use the trailer a lot.

Yes it is built for off road but you can get it from point A to B on the road just like any other piece of farm machinery.

Sealed beam tailights? I think you misunderstand what that means. Those are led tail lights. Sealed beam means the light is sealed with no changeable bulb

These are off road trailers to work behind tractors. You can pull these on the road with your truck to get them from one place to another but are not designed to work behind a truck.
