Meet Romy Blümel, Members' Handbook Artist 2024/25

This year, our Members' Handbook cover artwork comes from renowned illustrator Romy Blümel. Based in Berlin, Romy has worked on illustrated books for The Folio Society, Harper's Magazine as well as Fortnum & Mason products. We visited Romy in her Berlin studio to hear about how she approached the project, her mixed media technique and her fondness of England's historic landscapes.

This is s nice piece of work, but why didn't you use an English illustrator, given that this is for English Heritage?

Her work is very lovely and complementing the book and channel.
