That PR brought a tear to my eye, seriously. I was pumped when I saw it on Instagram, but the full context added so much more. My theory is that the ice cream got you that PR. That laugh over Jen Thompson's recommendation? Drama! Not enough Tom on screen, but the end made up for it.

Long distance runners also lift heavy weight to maintain their muscles and strengthen them because the extreme distances in training will cannibalize their muscles for energy so their training ng is about maintaining a balance between strength muscle mass and endurance, they also eat more than sprinters.
This is absolutely the most wholesome video on the channel. This makes me love physical fitness and exercise so much. Literally the best feeling when you hit a PR. Nothing feels more right than it.

Keep up the good work you inspirational madman! side note: i feel like conventional pullers always get more speed off the ground but sumo pullers get an easier lockout, it must be because you can load your hams up harder on a conventional? but sumo doesn't have as much distance to travel making the lockout easier?
i was hitting with several goosebumpie started from 227 smoked by stefi, then PR by juji... deadlift, metalica and lengends like these are ultimate combo!!!
i love how when stefi first starts deadlifting, every time she drops the weight, the dog flinches slightly but doesn't want to move because he's around people he loves.
Her technique is beautiful. No ripping or janking on the deadlift, just pulling. No good morning stuff or knee caving-in on the front squat, just squatting with a full grip. Amazing.
Nothing makes me want to lift things up and put them down so much than watching the energy and feeling of accomplishment of a personal best. Especially one that seemed like you weren't expecting it or planning to do it, just kind of went for it and had it. Congrats, and thanks for sharing the moment.

JediNxf7 Juji and I are the same height. My girlfriend is 5 feet tall and the top of her head is level just below the top of my shoulder. So, this girl is probably at least 5’2. My girlfriend also weighs 118. Granted, she does have a phat butt and big boobs, but she is by no means overweight. Long story short, I’m not trying to deny that she is strong as hell, but she is definitely more than 120.
