Actually at first i thought of myself that i don't like historical drama but now my perspective is changed cause o have watched.......alchemy of souls , tale of the nine tailed and goblin and out of which alchemy of souls is totally historical but its was just fire 🔥 ❤
so far, only scarlet heart and gu family book is rlly close to AOS altho AOS is rlly game changer it's like many of those chinese fiction action tales. hotel de luna might pass but the 2 dramas i mentioned they're rlly the closest one. between the two, i would recommend gu family book just coz it has the fantasy powers and such. scarlet heart is still fantasy but not 'that' kind of fantasy. common to all three, they all break your heart and it either ends up with a sad ending or a loose ending so it's not that happy lmao.
I've watched them all. What do I watch now? btw The Red Sleeve description was soo accurate. Anyone who's watched all these dramas and similar, it describes us all.
