- Bhav bal is one of the most important factors in Jyotish which is used for predictions and how to use it practically and it helps us how to prescribe remedies to anyu native.
भारतीय फलित ज्योतिष में ग्रह की किसी भाव में स्थिति के कारण ग्रह को आवासीय बल प्राप्त होता है। इस सम्पूर्ण सांख्यिकी को ज्ञात करने के लिये पांच प्रकार के बल निकाले जाते हैं।
उच्च बल
उच्च बल स्थानीय बल का एक भाग है। इस बल में ग्रह को उसके उच्च व नीच बिन्दु के मध्य स्थिति के अनुसार बल प्रदान किया जाता है। एक ग्रह जो अपने उच्च बिन्दु कि तरफ जा रहा होता है उसे आरोही ग्रह कहते हैं। और यदि ग्रह अपने नीच बिन्दु कि तरफ जा रहा हो तो उसे अवरोही ग्रह कहते हैं। पूर्ण बली ग्रह को एक रुपा अंक दिये जाते हैं। तथा इसके विपरीत ग्रह अपने नीच बिन्दु पर शून्य बल प्राप्त करता है।
सप्तवर्गीय बल
आवासीय बल या स्थानीय बल निकालने के लिये उच्च बल के बाद जिस बल को निकाला जाता है। वह सप्तवर्गीय बल है। इस बल में सात वर्ग चार्टो में ग्रह बल निकाला जाता है। सप्तवर्गीय बल में प्रयोग होने वाले सात वर्ग निम्न है।
जन्म कुण्डली, होरा, द्रेष्कोण, सप्तांश, नवांश, द्वादशाशं, त्रिशांश वर्ग कुण्डली.
इसके अतिरिक्त इन सभी वर्ग कुण्डलियों में ग्रहों को मूलत्रिकोण, स्वराशि, मित्रराशि, सम राशि व शत्रु राशि के आधार पर बल मिलता है। यहां ध्यान देने योग्य बात यह है कि मूल त्रिकोण को केवल जन्म कुण्डली में ही ध्यान में रखा जाता है।
ओज युग्म बल
जन्म कुण्डली और नवांश कुण्डली में सम या विषम राशि में ग्रह की स्थिति से यह बल प्राप्त होता है।
चन्द्र, शुक्र स्त्री ग्रह माने गये हैं तथा शेष सभी ग्रह पुरुष ग्रह है। स्त्री ग्रहों को सम राशि और नवांश में बल प्राप्त होत है। तथा पुरुष ग्रहों को विषम राशि और नवांश में बल प्राप्त होता है। परन्तु पुरुष ग्रह सम राशि और नवांश में तथा स्त्री ग्रह विषम राशि और नवांश में कोई बल प्राप्त नहीं करते हैं।
केन्द्रादि बल
यह बल भी आवासीय बल ज्ञात करने के लिये निकाला जाता है। इस बल में ग्रह केन्द्र भाव अर्थात 1, 4, 7, 10 वें भाव में सबसे अधिक अंक प्राप्त करता है। ग्रह पनफर भाव में उपरोक्त अंकों के आधे अंक प्राप्त करता है। तथा अगर ग्रह अपोक्लिम भाव में हों तो पनफर के आधे अंक प्राप्त करता है।
द्रेष्कोण बल
स्थानीय बल या आवासीय बल निकालने के लिये उपरोक्त चार बल निकालने के बाद द्रेष्कोण बल निकाला जाता है। इस बल में ग्रह को स्त्री ग्रह, नपुंसक ग्रह और पुरुष ग्रह के रूप में वर्गीकृ्त किया जाता है। इसके पश्चात पुरुष ग्रह पहले द्रेष्कोण, स्त्री ग्रह तीसरे द्रेष्कोण व नपुंसक ग्रह दुसरे द्रेष्कोण में अंक प्राप्त करता है।

Sir your way of providing knowledge is very unique and brilliant. I have a conceptual question, What if ashtakvarga score and Bhav bala score for 2 house comparisons show opposite trends? example say SAV score of 1st house is 30 and SAV score of 7th house is 20, whereas say BAV score of 1st house is 350 while BAV score of 7th house is 500. How to analyze such a case?

So all the sutras regarding each lord's house placement, whether it would br good or bad, would also depend on the strength of the baggage brought over from the other house vis-a-vis where the planet is sitting. Brilliant!!!
And it also depend on the direction of the placement ie. whether it is Lord of House A being placed in House B OR Lord of House B being placed in House A. In each case the interpretation would be different.

My sixth house has 579 points which is the highest in chart whereas fourth house has 402 points but my objective is to live comfortable life.
Wow, 579 is highest means your others are not too weak. That's good I think. When one house gets too much strength then other house suffers, 2 of my house have 681 & 684, both house lord is mercury and it goes to the weakest house 12th with shadbal 373
