We've had Harvey windows since '07 but our windows didn't come with that lip feature at the bottom to raise the window which makes it very difficult to open.
What if the window falls out I can’t get it back in. Show me.
Doug, How should I repair a window's screen located at a higher floor?
My tilt in windows don't have buttons, and It has one clasp latch in the middle. The window has to be in a certain position to pull on it, but I don't have instructions on how to do it.
My top window won’t come down! It seems to be locked! Help!

I moved into a new condo and washed the windows today. Think the Harvey windows are about 10 years old. I followed the instructions - 4-6 inches up before opening . I broke 6 of the terminal housing units .. out of 24 . They popped. Could they have been old? Weakened? Seems like something else is going on. Thanks!
