Well it depends on a few things really. If you feel the need for access to the Admirals Club, and the ability to earn more miles per dollar spent then it can be worth it even if you only fly a few times a year.

For now I'm team No annual fee so I would go with the AA Mile up. Does Citi still have the foreign transaction fee for the mile up card?
Unfortunately it does have a 3% foreign transaction fee
