The girl who ran away from her parents in the park actually gives you a band aid but it will take 4 or 3 days to see her face blurred and an order to let her give you the band aid is to give her a feathers

Feathers can be found near the birds.
How to find feathers? Oof i cant find it
You can find them on a place that has a black car parked by and 2 birds doing something. The feathers are infront of the birds. Sometimes feathers doesn't appear.
