She looks so great, every time I see her face
She put me in a state, a state of shock

This song has no business slapping this hard.
One of the most underrated songs ever.
Tan sub estimada como Baby be mine, del álbum Thriller.
I've never in my life heard this song except for when I just watched Moonwalker recently
@jamesbrockiReally?ngtonjr.6676
The most underrated 80's song.
I Agree
May Michael and Tito Jackson Rest in Peace
literally one of the best songs from the 80’s
First time I heard this, I was at the beach. The smell of the water, suntan lotion, popcorn, and hotdogs comes back every time I hear this. Great times, great memories!
Summer 1984 😎
I can almost visulise what you smell. Not from this comment. I am you in multiverse.
@@jketcham9004 It was a stripper anthem at Kings Cross in Sydney. Naked women, stale beer and cigarettes.
Best year of music 1984
@@shaedbyus😂
this duet of Michael Jackson and Mick Jagger is great!!
Yeahhhh🎉
@MakaylaGantt But was a good duet, don't know if Freddie could give that touch that gave Mick. Don't you think?
@MakaylaGantt They had a version with him too.
@MakaylaGantt Nevermind, that was a fan release/mix.
@MakaylaGantt I understand Queen was always a very crack band of rock,
One of the main reason why 1984 is my fav year of the 80s. Because of THIS ❤💯💪
MJ's vocals in this ... wowwwwwww. Brilliant !
wich mj you talkin??
I played the hell out of this album. I was blessed to see the victory tour when I was in 8th grade. Once in a lifetime. Miss you Michael.
Lucky you! I was at History tour!
Victory and Triumph will forever be my favorite Jackson 5 albums. So many of my favorites are on these.
This is a party jam!
Highest grossing tour of all time upon its completion (though it lost money because of exorbitant costs) I bet it was an incredible experience and I'm disappointed they haven't released an official concert film.
Michael Jackson’s vocals are so stand out on every song who can compare with him ??
Actually, many people have great high tenor range in perfect pitch.
Mick. And he is still alive.
@@gidden2001Stop the delusion.
They should release a Michael Jackson DUETS. All his Duets. Mick Jagger, Eddie Murphy, Paul McCartney, ... and on... and Janet
That’s an amazing idea
Good shout.
They could probably leave the Eddie Murphy one off.
I have the same opinion. Don't forget Akon, 50 Cent, Siedah Garret, Stevie Wonder, Rockwell, Queen. And other artists said they have some songs with MJ, but they don't know what MJ or the Estate did with them!
I'd add Barry Gibb too
64 years old. I rock this on vinyl back in the day. Southside Chicago. WJPC Tom Joyner. Funk Rock 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥☕️👍🏾👍🏾🔥🔥🔥☕️☕️☕️☕️✌🏾
🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Mick Jagger and Michael Jackson really outdid themselves in this One. Probably my all-time favorite song from them both!!!!
Agree. Fantastic tune.
Yet the recording was not a "success" between them, Mike said of Mick "he doesn't even sing on the beat, how he became famous?!", Mick said "Michael is very great singer but has as much personality as beer foam", that's what I read.
Mick Jagger "outdid" himself on this? LOL. Sure, whatever you say. Go listen to "Sympathy for the Devil".
This sounds GREAT. Timeless and instant classic
Michael Jackson was the greatest entertainer ever. Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
100%
Two generations of MJs.
Mick Jagger-Silent Generation
Michael Jackson-Baby Boomer
@@jeffreygadsonyes jagger was too silent too, really hardly ever talked
Michael Jackson and Mick Jagger handling the vocals on this one
I forgot all about this gem. ❤❤❤❤
I remember in 1984 That Los Angeles radio station KIQQ 100.3 played this song continuously for 22 hours when it was released. This was during peak Michael Jackson career-wise as the Jackson’s Victory album came out a year or so after Thriller.
Wow! I wish Michael was still here with us today. When he passed the world lost a little magic. (
Such a legendary family
Banger! Thanks for posting.
Such an underrated song.
mick and michael are awesome singers i love how they sing this song toghter rip michael
Im glad they picked mick jagger
This is one of those cool and forgotten classic. Ashamed radio stations didn't play this song more often.
We all know why. Michael probably had something to do with it!!!
@@AllelliaFreeman-ro4xo, Any discussion on why he was behind that?
@@MS-vw3zvthriller album was still out and he was on a mission to distinguish himself from his family at the time as well
@@willieholland8991 , It was a duet with Mic Jagger and Michael Jackson. It is understandable why Michael wanted to branch out and be a solo artist. Any thoughts on what the other Jacksons were saying?
@ not a lot from what I’ve seen in red the victory tour was a tough time with Jackson family a lot of egos clashing, and disagreements. This is right after the release of thriller, so Michael mania had completely swept the whole world. The other brother started to get a little jealous I believe
God bless all the Jacksons.
This song reminds me of a fun summer day at the beach in the 1980s I love this song
michael and mick are awesome singers love how they sing it toghter just sounds so great
The Jacksons and Mick Jagger kicked ass with this one.
It's basically just Mike and Mick on this. The whole album is basically just random solo tracks with one or 2 of the brothers on each. It was basically just MJ's brothers trying to cash in and mooch off of MJ's Thriller superstardom.
@@Cuppy88 exactly... MJ was basically forced to do this album and tour by his mom and dad and the use of Jehovah against him
Listened to the Micheal Jackson and the Freddie Mercury version, you’ll be shocked 😮
Wow, so many mj fans hate the Brothers for no reason
imagine all of the members of the Rolling Stones on this track with The Jacksons.
This Song Went To Number 3 On The Billboard Hot-100 Chart In 1984.
this song only reached number 3 because it was released by The Jacksons, if it was released by Michael on a solo career it would have reached number 1
@@ign1096 It probably also went to number 3 because of another MJ helping out, meaning Sir Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones, who was just working on his own solo album, She's the Boss, that came out in March 1985.
@@ign1096 I don't think so because When Doves Cry was the number one song during that time and that was an absolute monster on the charts. That song for Prince in '84 was similar to what Billie Jean was for MJ in '83, you wasn't making it to number one when those kind of songs were peaking ruling the top. Still a great song though.
@@fredbrooks7529U r so right Fred regarding When Doves Cry! And also they're was so much more song competition on the charts in those days! In the '80s you had very few tunes that had a hold at the top of the charts because they're was always another song in waiting to knock it off! Nowadays a song can stay #1 much longer because there's just not many, if any, quality songs out there!
@@fredbrooks7529U r so right Fred in regards to When Doves Cry! But also back in those days they're we're always a host of quality songs just waiting to knock each other off the upper half of the charts, unlike now when a particular song can hold a much lengthier stay at the top because of the lack of quality songs! In the '70s and '80s there was so much more competition between hits!
I don't care what anyone says, this is so badass. Great to dance to❤
Same here, this song is GOLD💛💛💛
Very underrated. Michael was such a talent! wish more people knew about this one.
True!
What makes you believe it's underrated?
@@gogoyubari366 Because you don't see many people talking about it, and it doesn't really have that many views (no 134k is not a lot for Michael)
At the time it was released it was very popular and well played on the radio
Lol.......u mean..MJ?... The king of pop , mj?.... Ppl don't know him?......???
Probably my favorite Jacksons song
I was a 80s teens. My summer memories of music videos and my radio listening days
Tell me about it! Those were the days!
Same here!
U were fortunate to grow up during that time period lol
80's
The 1980’s rocked !
Mom playing this on vinyl and everyone dancing ... couldn’t wait for the body song to play. Memories! ❤️❤️😭
U know your music babygirl. {that's sexy}💯🤍
Im litrrly crying
Used to have this play as my alarm so every morning i’d wake up in a State Of Shock….
absolutely love this song one of my favourites just the album alone is so cool like i love the cover it’s one of the greatest coolest looking covers of all time and the album is just so good too
That's a risky move making a song that you enjoy your alarm.
@@buckyboy28 yeah I know but luckily i didn’t get bored of it but since then I have changed it just in case
LOL.....
Good idea,on it
The Jacksons brothers are on fired in here, specially Randy.
This song is amazing
Now bump it to the left and bump it to the right ♫
80s gem 💎✨
I hadn't heard this in probably 35 years... It's hard to explain just how huge Michael Jackson was in 1984, and all through the '80s... He was every bit as big as Elvis was in the '50s and the Beatles in the '60s.
in 1984 he was huge... after the Bad album cover and his other bizarre antics his popularity started receding fairly rapidly
This track.. Say Say Say... Tell me I'm not dreaming... and Somebody's Watching Me were pure fire ... after the Victory tour he was never the same again
Which seemed like an effort by the press...but worldwide he became even larger. That's because the Bad tour went worldwide. The Victory Tour was only in the US.
Nope, he was bigger... He was the most famous person ever
He was way bigger then Elvis. Take that for granted.
Listening to it again… after forty years 😅 not the same as I remembered it
Shout out Majic 108 for blasting the crap outta this classic! Peace!
The King of Pop the Greatest Entertainer ever Michael Jackson
“BODY” is my favorite song off this album 💿 written , sung & produced by MARLON 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 and the video is DOPE.the women were HAWTT 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 hot women in the body video 👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️
What an era. This song, Herbie Hancock's "Rockit", Peter Wolf's "Lights Out", Falco's "Rock Me Amadeus" and on great dance tunes.
The unsung hero of this song was David Williams, who played the guitar and did the bass on this song.
Great guitarist for Bryan Ferry and Madonna early hits too
@@Quietstormusic Great info👍
The bass in this song was the best I've ever heard in a song
guitar and bass at the same time, brother must have had 4 hands haha
@@raggededge82 ok, you must be 5 years old, so you mustn't know what they can do in a recording studio....a single musician can record all the guitars he wants, then all the drums he needs, then all the bass guitars he wishes...etc...but not at the same time. Of course.
I like the vibe of this song
I love Michael Jackson! Favorite out of them all then the look at me singer.
I know this is 40 years old radio stations need to add this to their retro night line up
Adorooo ! Música top demais. A quantos anos eu nao ouvia . ❤
Who's listening in 2025 RI Paradise MJ LOVE ALL YOUR FANS IN DETROIT MICHIGAN USA WE MISS YOU HERE LOVE A 53 YEAR OLD GIRL THAT LOVES ALL YOUR SONGS ❤
Michael in his prime. He was at this stage a megastar. A very very rare status of achievements. This song still would’ve been good without him… but with him on it… it’s a great song.
1984 were 13 when this song came out
@carlix8035 Without him this song wouldn't have existed. It is officially a"Jacksons" song, but Michael composed and produced the song by himself and co-wrote the lyrics with Randy Hansen. A bit like "This Place Hotel". It's a "Jacksons" song but it was done by MJ
This song slaps so much
More than Will Smith

I remember getting this cassette tape!!! I loved some MJ!! I had buttons Card's clothes tge glove!! I wanted the red jacket!! Never got that but posters!! Magazine's!! Thriller was the best!! Unless you grew up with this your not gonna truly appreciate it the same way.
Not a big fan of Mick but he and Michael worked magic on this one. Pure gold. This reminds of the collab with Aerosmith and Run DMC with Walk This Way
Mick jagger. He rock 🎸 😮😮😮😮😮😮
I was 16 driving my 73 chevy pick-up downtown St. Louis jamming this cruising down on the riverfront! good times!!!
Beautiful Jackson Five 👏 👏 Love Michael Jackson 💖 💖
They had rebranded as The Jacksons, by this point. Because there are 6 on the album and tour. I'd have to check the credits, but I think Janet and Latoya frequently added backing vocals, as they did for P.Y.T. on Thriller.
What a combination of pop and rock! You end up with POCK. Awesome! eeh eeh eehhhh! owww!
Another good jam always still 2023❤
Was listening to Casey Kasums countdown last Sunday and heard this flashback. Started smiling 😂❤😁💖😄 had to add to my play list😅
Love this song.
I really came here because I think this should be the intro/outro to the Static Shock movie that’s about to come out. Idk why but I think it would fit perfectly 🤷🏽♂️
