The 4th down play is very interesting. Sharp looked like he was running for a shovel pass. And yes you are right if anderson/arnold runs a post there its 7 points. It was wide open. That db was sitting on that route.
On that last play that you showed baur sharp is cutting behind the line for a shovel pass. It was there but Jackson never looked for it. It wasn’t super open but he may fall forward for it.
Jackson has shown a tendency to pick the absolute worst Option, Which Shows that he does not possess an innate ability to analyze defenses quickly enough for the College Game. You can say well he is young etc...I SAID "Innate" ability speed for the college game..can it be developed yes but, there again if it were innate then he could access even more processing power in other area's of the game..limiting floaters, honing missiles that if not caught are becuase they literally bounce of X's Chest....You can say he has only X games under his belt, You can give me 1000 other excuses, I get it.. However critical thinking under extreme direst is a quality that separates 5 Star from Superstar..From what i can tell in Games Arnold's ability to digest voluminous amounts of GAME TIME information is directly proportional to the Points on the board.
Josh let’s call it what it is. Bill Bedenbaugh although has a great past has not been good as of the last 3 or 4 seasons at developing the talent he has recruited out of high school. And now he is painting over it with transfers from group of 5 schools and guys who really should not be at OU. Compare that to what Texas is doing on the o line. Do you see them getting transfers to put together at O line? Let alone guys from group of 5 schools.
Texas had that one out standing class as soon as NIL came forward they have struggled getting guys since. I'm not defending BB by any means its unacceptable the position OU is in right now especially after letting Cayden green leave the program. But lets see where Texas is in like 2 years hell even next year they lose a lot. I think its difficult for anyone to get linemen and OU HAS to just pay to get top guys in the off season its crazy they didn't this year.

But we have multiple 4 and 5 star guys to fill every position that aren't transfers. They have been learning under Flood this entire time. Look at Cam Williams. Stepped in this year, and besides not holdin tf still, 😂 it is like nothing has really changed. In fact, our run blocking is better on that side. Go look at all the players that have transferred from OL. You guys could build a better OL with our transfers than this mess you cobbled together. 😂 And then look at all the 4 stars (and 4+/5 stars) we have sitting and developing. That is why ya'll got Fasusi. He sees a good shot to see the field next year. And while he could compete and perhaps see the field next year at Texas (he is very talented) it is much less guaranteed at Texas that he starts.
