I don't know if I could hold a dremel again after I got spoiled to my foredom...but by no stretch of my imagination would I think I could be as good at engraving glass as you. That is master work and I love it. Thank you for sharing the process.

Are you just hatching for the shading? What speed do you use the pink quartz ?

It is depending on situation. Sometime hatching, sometime dots. That pink tool is not a quartz, it is some kind od rubber with some abrasive powder, but i do not know exactly what it is, i just found it among my grandfather´s tools :). But it is very helpful because it makes soft trace, not so white.

Not exactly, it is depending what kind of tool you are using. The rougher tool, the whiter the trace. You do not need to go too deep to get white trace. Just use rough grained diamond tool.
