Scolls you talk about someone who has not got required skill set
But what about someone who has got it all which is needed but is still not there yet?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean mate but I'll do my best to answer it...
1. If you don't have the skill set required then you need to keep working hard at your skill set (no one is ever the finished article, so everyone should always be working on their skills)
2. If you have the skill set but haven't yet 'made it' maybe you haven't taken your opportunities. Cricket is a statistical game and if you're good enough (Score enough runs/ take enough wickets/ win big moments for your team)...you should make it...
