- From the end user standpoint it comes down to does the battery 🔋 perform as it is stated on the battery or in the literature? In battery packs, often like an old school Christmas 🎄 light set, if one bulb (battery) 💡 goes bad, the whole string shuts off.

@DonzLockz The light blue battery had a rating of 2200 mAh, and it charged up to 1361 mAh. The ones with no writing at all are scary.
A lot of times when the price is too good t be true it usually is, have to get in the habit of the 80 percent phone charging, good to know, thanks William.
@JoseGonzalez-yx6vm yep, the old too good to be true saying still has merit.
I tried bargain brand Amazon batteries and I look for ones that sold the most and have the most Amazon star rating. There are some brands that equal the factory battery but cost more or the same as buying the light branded batteries.
Some of the cheap ones have half the capacity of brand batteries however, they still are better than not having spare ones. The smaller size batteries tend to discharge less during storage than larger ones.
The idea of charging your phone is a great idea but one 1650 or 21700 takes forever and most times can only do enough to get the phone useable again. That is still good to have. I believe, once a lithium battery catches fire it burns until it decides to burn out itself. They are like the core of the Star Ship Enterprise. They have to be ejected into space before they burn your house down. 🐯
@gizmocarr3093 😹👍 Yes. Lithium fires 🔥 are no joke. Sometimes, it's possible to find a decent no-name battery, but it's rare for me.
