Hell yeah, new old sprinter van to me going self employed on the truck tyres is throwing up all sorts of lights on the dash and she’s rougher than a badgers ass 😂 a decent scanner will save me months of throwing random sensors at it 🥶🥺👏
been waiting (and occasionally asking) for you lot to do mowers for years! And very timely with the new Lawnmower Deth album in the charts. It's been a good month for mowing
Hey Adam good on you mate, I just spent the last hour looking through my emails thinking shit I’d won!!!🤣 No it was just some other lucky Adam Murray!! I hope you’re doing better with your health. Congratulations on the win. 👍
Between MCM and you guys Supercheap has gone all out. Great stuff - now we need a massive sale so the punters can get some cheap stuff too. Hope to see a shed skid when the mower clutch is sorted.
I'm from the USA we need super cheap auto. We have harbor freight but super cheap auto looks like a cross of auto zone and harbor freight together. That's awesome 😎
Totally get what you are saying there Al! When you find that tool at the bottom of your toolbox and think, "I never use this anymore" . Love this lil mower!
Hey Skid Factory, I'd make my mum's old (blown engine) Outback super. To help my parents out for what we can't afford, I'm rebuilding the engine after work as an apprentice mechanic, as time and budget allows, and anything to help make it a little bit 'Super' for my Super-Mum would just kick-arse, after hitting hard times lately. Thanks for all the great uploads fellas, look forward to whatever comes next!
Awesome boys. Get a TAV40 CVT - gives a low ratio for pulling away, then high ratio once demand torque falls off and revs build. (The TAV30 on my kart has effective ratio of 0.9-2.7:1). Way better than a straight centrifugal clutch with a fixed ratio.
I recently purchased a toolpro 12v ratchet and 3/8 driver and I cant believe how good it is for the money. I was saving for a different brand, but honestly, the toolpro ratchet has become my go to tool while working on my 4wd (i'm trying to make super). you guys using it was the reason i decided to get one instead of a more expensive american one, so thanks team.
Im converting a 2010 ford transit connect front wheel drive auto 2.0l transversal gasser to a true 4x4, jeep axles and ax15 manual trans and volks tdi 1.9 alh diesel, mounted longitudinally.
I've slowly been making my NP300 Navara SUPER. I was off work for 9 months due to a work injury and had plenty of time to add on four wheel driving mods and repair, finish and replace things. Absolutely love working on it😍
Perfect timing fellas. 2 weeks ago I scored a 2003 cayenne turbo for $1200 cause it had been sat in my neighbours yard for 4 years because it was apparently dumping oil because of the oil cooler system. 1.5 hours under the hood revealed a loose bolt in the block (cooler is fine). But now it's throwing 'PSM' warnings at me. Let me make it super!! Keep up the good work fellas 👌
Cayennes are pretty sturdy man, there is a good group on FB and also tonnes of YT videos to help with repair. PSM is Porsche Stability Management so it probably has an issue with wheel speed sensors or G sensors.
Right before you guys did the decal discussion, I was just thinking that this episode was my more laid back and fun compared to the stressful car builds you guys do on a regular basis. It comes across in the videos when you're enjoying the process. Glad to see you guys having fun and goofing off. Not that I don't like the car builds, but this was much more enjoyable seeing you guys having fun for the heck of it.. I would like more of these "fun" builds sprinkled among the regular epic builds. Just my .02. Cheers!
I would make my Mini Super... I bought a 2003 Mini Cooper S about 18 months ago with a view to upgrading the supercharger pulley and intercooler and taking it to track days. Thousands of pounds down the line and many garage visits later it's just about running, after some minor trim piece cracked and allowed litres or water into the footwell frying control modules and electronics. More Al's specialty than anything I could tackle. The car really wasn't worth the money to keep it going but I love it. Anyway, time for Benny to get a mower too!
Just wanted to say thanks for showing us your Cox. There's a mower racing scene where I live in Maryborough and this was exactly what I was looking for.
Hands down the most underrated UA-cam channel out there. I would love to see MCM build a mower to race you two with. Besides making my life super with your content I would make my trust 04 saturn vue super. It came with a j35 Honda motor. I did a manual 5 speed swap on it and want to go further with it one day.
Having the code scanner would make my life super haha I’ve worked for BMW , VW and currently Audi as a mechanic so had lots of experience in scanning codes and I drive a VW Amarok so it would be handy in my car tool kit. Thanks guys loved the episode
Please make sure you post a follow up video for those of us not down under! Looked like you guys had a great time building it (can't beat a sponsored racing mower)!
Great build guys ! Really enjoyable to watch. Lawn mower racing in America is crazy popular too. Americans also seam to have a infinity for putting V8'S in there old farm tractors . Once you get the clutch sorted out you guys should totally turbo it with the kit mighty car mods put on there little k truck. Flame spitting mower would be awesome. Thanks for all the great content.
Brilliant guys, love it! Add some grip tape (skateboard stuff) on the areas where your feet will go, it'll protect it, add some grip and also, it's black, so it'll go with the theme. Big love from South Africa
Great fun build, Suggestion - glue some sand paper to the foot rests to give them some grip, so your feet don't slip off with all the G-force when your cornering
Hey Alan/Woody. If you need turn a part with a "backturning" tool did you know you can mount it upside down and then run the chuck spindle in reverse to turn towards the chuck! Also, HSS tools work great for turning brass 👍
Super Cox😂sounds like a title for an educational film… Love it fellas nicely done and sounds mint. I have started collecting parts for a barrow rod (pretty much a what supercox is but with a wheel barrow tub for a body) and not as shiny. After watching this you have inspired me to make it super and do a V twin. Can’t wait to see super cox in action
I'm really enjoying the new intro clip. Superb editing! Ah, you two are so entertaining! Thank you so much for going to the effort of filming the wonderful weirdness.
got my toolpro OBD scanner on ebay second hand but brand new in box. Paid like 30 buks for it. Well worth the money, even for the like 150 i think they are new? awesome tool. I end up building up a full toolpro kit here at home with chest and draw trolley because i see you guys using them and they have held up to your stuff so they will for me. Love their stuff for the price.
Al is definitely the kind of cat that listens to Meshuggah on a rainy day to cheer him up. On that note, I would get a bunch of audio equipment from SuperCheap (if I had them in the states)
Nice looking build. My only uneducated concern is that that intake looks like it isn't protected from dirt which could be a problem when overtaking other racers. Also the chain steering might benefit from nylon chain guides to reduce any risk of coming off the sprocket.
Love the episode, the Supercox is such epic! Great seeing Al and Woody really enjoying themselves and just having fun. Giddy Al is great. I'd make my GC8 super, and when I say super I mean rust-free actually working again, it's been staying in the barn to long now.
Im slowly making my 2010 mk6 gti a super dad car, got parts sitting ready to go and i no ill have dash lights coming up and im a sunshine coast local. Loving the video you guys are bring out and damm this thing be cutting grass but in a better way. 🙌🏼😜
Want to win a TOOLPRO OBD2 Scanner? COMMENT BELOW!
How about sending me the scanner here in the Highlands of Scotland, I'll let you know if it works the other way up 🏴😉🏴
Hi, guys
Ive got a project SR20 mini twin jet boat I would love to make super.
Hell yeah, new old sprinter van to me going self employed on the truck tyres is throwing up all sorts of lights on the dash and she’s rougher than a badgers ass 😂 a decent scanner will save me months of throwing random sensors at it 🥶🥺👏
My Punto!!!
hell yea. i'd make my e46 coupe super with a ls7 and pair it with a modern bmw's dct trans.
So keen to see this rip once the clutch is sorted. Well done boys!
We might need to borrow that kei truck to transport it!
Need the mighty car mods mower and race them together
That would be super
Oh look it's those guys from the tool box
Always nice to see Al and Woody replying to the little guys in the comments ❤
Who are you again? 😁😅

“Supreme penetration, minimal contamination.”
- Woody. Official Cox spokesman.
Isn't that what the snip or frangas are for?
Classic old cox
"It's there and it's filling the hole"
SUPER COX !!! ..... really ??
I like how they made the Cox stiffer by fabricating additional chassis structure.
Totally get what you are saying there Al! When you find that tool at the bottom of your toolbox and think, "I never use this anymore" . Love this lil mower!
I really do hope that we'll see more of the SuperCox in the future as the clutch gets sorted and a full drive is done. The damn thing is awesome!
The music choice and the words Make it Super didn't escape me 9:50
MAKE IT EXTREME would be proud.
Al and Woody having way to much fun playing with a old cox's
*A heavily modified lawn mower, not a radiator repair man.
Awesome job Supercheap, sponsoring MCM & The SKid Factory!
What an awesome looking unit. Definitely lives up to the title of "Super Cox!" (Atleast once the clutch is done)
V2 with the turbo will be epic
Who said there’d be one turbo?
@@theskidfactory just made my night 👌
One turbo mounted low in front of the frame would look cool
@@theskidfactory booooooooooooo. turbo and e85 please! :)

At 00:34 seconds in. The face of a man that knows exactly what he's doing!
It's heartening to see a couple of fellas who know how to look after their cox.
External oil cooler for an extra 1 to 1:5 L lube in the engine, more thrash protection on the racetrack 😁
The parts store commercials you guys get are so much better than what we get stateside.
Awesome boys.

You reckon that would handle a 35hp, 56lb/ft engine.
@@theskidfactory GoPowerSports have a TAV to 30hp, but I haven't found one bigger than that, yet.
I've always wanted to play with racing mowers. They seem the best fun to cost ratio way to get into racing.

These types of projects are really fun to watch, love seeing the automotive knowledge spill over into other things.
Suggestions:
Grip tape the footwells so you can actually hold on.
A little light bar on the front if the battery can handle it!
Yep! Grip tape is coming and possibly some lights but to be honest we don’t really plan on driving it at night 😂
No-one plans on driving at night, but sometimes the LemonSquash can make you deviate from the plans that were made when inebriation levels were lower.
@@playwme3 Many things (both good and bad) have started with "here, hold my beer". 😂
