I made a delicious set of four side dishes today.
There were four types: cucumber tangtangi, braised mushrooms with saesongi mushrooms, braised anchovies with black pepper, and stir-fried seaweed stems.

▶ Ingredients for cucumber tangtang.
4 cucumbers, 2 hot peppers.
Sauce: 2/3 of salt, 1 minced garlic, 2 spoons of sugar, 8 spoons of vinegar, sesame seeds.
▶ Ingredients for Saesongi mushroom.
300g of Saesongi mushroom, 1/2 green onion.
Seasoning: 3 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 100ml of mineral water.
▶ Ingredients for braised anchovies.
150g of shishito peppers, 40g of anchovies.
Seasoning: Olive oil 2, soy sauce 2.5, oligosaccharide 2, plum extract 1, cooking wine 1, minced garlic 1.
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, 30ml of water.
▶ Seaweed stem stir-fry ingredients.
Seaweed stem, a bit of carrot, 1/4 onion.
3 tablespoons of cooking oil.
1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide.
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
