    Wow, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this video. I've made several of these, but with a twist. I use gem chips with drilled holes and thread them onto the wire instead of using glue. They come out perfect and everyone loves them! Thanks so much for this!

    crystal beads are really pretty... I clumsily made one with pink, green, and clear to look like almond trees in bloom... I glued the tree to one of my rocks from Israel (love to hunt for nature's treasures when I go there)... it was beautiful... didn't take a picture of it before I gave it away... I have small polished stones from Israel that I want to try next... and of course, the base using one of my rock treasures from the Land... just found your channel last week and I LOVE it!!!!!

    • @EasyMeWorld
      @EasyMeWorld  9 років тому

      brianna vega Hi Brianna. I am so happy you like the trees. They are a lot of fun to make. My daughter got a couple of big bags of these gemstones at Michael's craft store on clearance before we made this video. So check your local craft stores for them. You might be able to find them online also. In my next video I am going to make an owl candle holder and I am using this idea to make branches to make it look like the owl is in a tree. I used glue and nail polish for the leaves instead of gemstones because I didn't want it to be too heavy to hang on the wall. I thought that it would be another great way to make the tree if you don't have the gemstones. I hope to have the video up by this weekend. Thanks so much for your question and for watching. :D

      @EasyMeWorld  10 років тому +1

      Thanks for the information Teresa. I have seen them done your way also. :) We chose to use gems without holes for the video because we found large bags for only $3 a bag. It was such a bargain and we could make LOTS of trees with all those gems. We did not mind gluing them on. It actually made it fun. It was kind of a balancing act. hehe We will keep an eye out for chip stones with holes that are on sale. Thanks again. :)
