Thank you so much for your effort, I am doing the same exact thing. I couldn't see how the AC came apart from the radiator, you showed exactly how this is done. Now I can't tell how the fan unplugs, I am about to cut the damn thing. Could you tell me how this is done? Thanks again.
Removing the front bumper is only four bolts and makes things a lot easier
8 bolts total to remove the bumper.Two on top on each side and then there are two on each side in the wheel wells the bolt to the frame.
@@fraydcat 2 on left side and 2 on right side. Slide bumper out of the frame rails.
why dodge didn't use U nuts at all of the 10mm bolt locations is another question.
if you have trouble with the air conditioning fin tube bolts just remove the mount off the fin tube by removing the 2 screws (star bit).

no 16mm required...trans cooling lines are 5/8 line wrench..16mm 5/8 same.. most wrench kits don't have a 16mm..so don't go buy one is all im saying.
