I am from Arunachal Pradesh in my state you rarely find any other telecom except BSNL
But jio 5g & airtel 5g is available in Arunachal Pradesh
In my uncle's village there's still no jio and Airtel 😅 only BSNL is working there

BSNL cannot be a market player or revive until it is a PSU. Govt. employees are the most unproductive people I have seen in my life.
That's not because of the govt. employees..it's because of irresponsible management...and the govt. itself created triopoly..so it's useless blaming only the govt. employees.

Anyone who are thinking to port their sim, I suggest you to port your secondary sim to BSNL. I switched to BSNL from my Airtel which i have been using since 2005. Please do not switch your primary sim card to BSNL. They still has a lot of work to do. My city has BSNL 4G that's the reason i switched but most of the cities do not have 4G services.

The problem is not switching to BSNL from private companies. The problem starts with their services. They will list down low rates, but service quality is very poor. Unfortunately, that is how government companies work.
Jio has poor service I suffered due to it bsnl is atleast justifying to its but jio is not even justifying it

I have only two days last of my pack . . Welcome BSNL punjab have good network of BSNL...
I am using BSNL for more than a year and i found a very good improvement in the bsnl network and also i also traveled from Pune to Varanasi. I found problems in BSNL in the running train but wherever my train stops i found if only bsnl 3G is available it's speed is more than others companies 4G at every place.
Note : i am using 4g mobile so no carrier agrigation(4g+) available.

Main 2008 se bsnl ka broadband use kar rha hoon, Pehle copper cable pe chlta tha ab optical fiber pe operate krta hai internet.
Maine Bsnl Broadband ki speed ka 24 kbps se 100 mbps ka shift dekha hai, aur main satisfied hoon
Maine jio ka free sim kabhi nhe liya tha mujhe yeh strategy kahin na kahi pta thi ki iska future kya hogha, aaj lagta hai ki sahi tha mera decision. Majority of people ne is baat ko nahi samjha isse liye aaj yeh problem face krne pad rhe hai.

Bsnl has employees are lazy and non friendly till now, in 80s they were taking 200 rs for connecting wire, and frequent wire cut were prevalent. Public still scared of bsnl.

Desh ka paisa desh me rahna chahiye. 2-2 crore ke mahange ghadiya import karai jaa rhi hai.
Aur idhar Recharge ke rate badhaye jaa rhe hai. 5000 crore saadiyo me lagaya gya isse Hume koi dikkat nahi par. Janta se wasulna aur videshiyo ko ek raat ke 80crore sirf gaane ke liye dena barbadi hai.
5000 crore saadiyo me lagane ke liye paisa hai lekin 5g spectrum kharidne ke liye recharge ka rate badha kar janta se wasula jaa rha hai. 😢
