I have all three as well and use them for completely different occasions. With the oasis I had to wear with socks around the house a few times before I could wear them out because they were way too tight at first. But they do stretch so I didn't want to go up in size and then be sloppy. The oasis I like to wear with summer dresses, midi skirts and dress shorts / the oran I tend to wear with jean shorts or shorter dresses and skirts / and the Chypre I like to wear more casually with jeans, leggings or athleisure. I got one per year so it took some time, but I feel so fortunate to have all three. Great video!
Thank you so much! Yes the 3 are such a great and functional trio to have. They each can be worn in their independent ways and purposes but with some slight overlap depending on the occasion!
Just wanted to ask: So you would say that you should go true to size with chypre sandals? Like I have 45 for Izmir (same as Orans but just for men)..So 45 for chypre as well?
I am a 36 in birkenstocks, ugg and golden goose but am a nike 6.5, what size would you go with? I am not near a store. I would say my feet are on the narrow side and always try on 6 and 6.5 :)
It ranges anywhere from $40-65 dollars for me depending on what I choose to get done. Such as the thickness of the sole that I want, if I want the heel soled too, or just the ball of the foot. I usually opt for a thicker sole for shoes that I’ll wear more and wear out faster. So the Orans got a thick sole, whereas the Oasis got a thinner sole. I feel like it’s worth the professional price, as they do an immaculate job and used phenomenal materials. I’ve had 20+ shoes soled by Kaner’s over the years and not a single one has had any issues!
I HATE my Orans! I wish I got a size up, the SA told me to get the 39, but wish i got the 39.5 in the end. I'm going to buy shoe stretchers, or I might have to sell them
@@natalieast3516totally agree!!! Mine orans are ok in terms of size IF its not too hot outside so basically useless because im Italian and here summer reach out 36/40 C degrees and my 👣 cant stand the stiff leather, i get painful blisters 😢 such a waste of money 😅
I found that the biggest problem of oran is a flat sole, but compare with any typical flip flops it’s too hard, no amortisation. To have small hills or soft cushion is way more better and healthier. Chypre is comfortable, but not that elegant unfortunately 😅 So the best one i guess is oasis 💁♀️
Oasis all the way! I think I might begin to collect more colours in the Oasis style as well since they wear so comfortably and the heel height isn't ridiculously high for walking around in
@@VictoriaHuiTheLustListt i tried in suede goatskin (they have noir and nude with some kind of crystals on heels and H-part), it’s was SO comfortable like home slippers. I didn’t get them only because price was almost double of normal oasis 🥲🥲
This was the most comprehensive review of these sandals, thank you!
You're so welcome!

Best review really enjoyed all the details ❤
Glad you liked it
Loved this thorough review - thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Thank you! I'm so glad that you enjoyed it :)
Excellent video. So helpful. Going on vacay soon, hoping to score the chypre sandals 😊
Good luck!!
I have both oran and oasis. I love the oasis so much more.
They're significantly comfier right?
@@VictoriaHuiTheLustListt yes! And they actually look better on my foot.
Are the Oasis true to size? I’m thinking to get them too but I’m not sure. And which colour do you have? 😄
@@user-bb8mc1xs3f I wear the same size in both. I really love the fit of the oasis more. I have the brown (Hermes calls it gold color)

Yes whatever your true shoe size is! No need to size up or down for them 🥰
how do you protect them? do you mean like just putting them back in the dustbag?
I just store them in their dust bags. But I also get them soled as well to protect the soles
@@VictoriaHuiTheLustListtoh cool thank you!

I would personally err on the side of 36. I find that I'm a 6-6.5 sometimes as well, but you don't want to slip around when wearing the slides
How much did you get it soled? Just wondering if I should get it from Amazon myself or just spend a couple more $ and get it professionally done. TIA

How much Hermes sandal brown
Usually around $630
I believe it’s closer to $1000CAD now

The same for me! The SA was completely useless in my case 😢
@@godsaveale youtube is so helpful. had i known i would have gotten the oasis and gotten 39.5 oh well.

Oh gosh I’m sorry they were too tight. What material did you get for the leather? I find that they’re not made equally depending on the leather type
Wow they didn’t take out various sizes for you to try on and see which fit better?!
