I remember walking into Hard Day of the Dead in 2013 and hearing RL Grime playing this track and it sounded amazing. I think of that every time I hear this song.
I went into an altered state of consciousness meditating to this. I’ll never forget this song because of it. No drugs necessary to experience enlightenment that lasted for 3 days. The most important part of my life
This music is the type of music that can hype me up after a break up. This is the type of music that fills the parts of me that I feel are missing. This song literally made me fall in love with music all over again.
Man I LOVE this genre! A little bit of wobblewhip with a few tinges of gobbledystep and crunchwave, and just enough bubbletrance to keep it fresh! If you think these genres are incorrect, just combine a word with a genre of electronic music, and respond to this comment! Its fun!
i was fuckin wasted on Fireball when Cecil Frena of Born Gold dropped this shit in a DJ set and I have loved Rustie ever since. I was lucky enough to see him live! i miss that guy, does anyone know if he makes music after he quit his full time career?
What an original fucking sound this man has crafted for himself!!! As soon as I hear those synth tones at 0:54 its UNMISTAKABLY Rustie! Just so damn good..
I know what you mean, but keep in mind that he is a pioneer in the genre and his perspective of music production is very different from everyone one else, and that's what makes him awesome.
good work rustie ,this is what ive been waiting for for ages perfection ,and your bbc set with rick ross vocals over youre beats hit the spot. nice one , youre my favorite now, slasherr is the dopest but , keep it up youre a ledgend
ahhh thanks brah I've been looking all night for 'rock u tonight' by Wave Racer and you led me to it. The reason I came here was coz I knew it sounded like this song
Thank you for being an OG and educating Firstj Lastll on what kind of music this is and what it isn't. He got negative-voted to hell, but you actually took the effort and helped him. This should be a lesson to all the dicks here who think they're so cool downvoting the comment because they're rejecting the label "trap music" just because it's becoming more mainstream/too much of an umbrella term now.
Pretty hard track. Def some trap influence, although I prob would have missed it if someone hadn't said something. Production is so clean, far better than most peers.
Wonky liquid-bass retro-hop glasgow-step... You can put together whatever words come to mind to make up new genres. That's the great thing about electronica. It's constantly changing and evolving which means there always have to be new genres to keep it all classified. No need to sweet the details.
Yeah, what gets me pissed is that artists, and fans alike refuse to give credit to the people who did it originally. I can't tell you how many times I've had people come after me for saying that Flume created Future Bass. I wouldn't credit this song as the first future bass song, strictly because it doesn't have all the hallmarks of a Future Bass track. However it was the song that inspired both of Flume's legendary remixes, that spawned the Future Bass craze.
Its been 8 years and producers still haven’t topped this drop.
for real
honestly wavedash did a stellar drop on stallions. clearly theres heavy inspiration from this song but i think it hits just as hard
gotta say that triadzz drops beats this, but it's really just about how both these songs are wild and ahead of their time
has to be one of the most influential electronic songs of all time
Future bass my favorite genre.
flume gets so much recognition for his remix and the drop was rustie all along
And this version is better.
thats what I'm saying!!
+Mark Westan
not to mention that this is just 10x better in general
+Mark Westan The buildup is better on flumes imo and its an edit not a remix
+Mark Westan Which song?
Man, I was becoming my own person when I was listening to these tunes.
me too man. Me too.
That is weird. Literally just started doing that today.
They play this at my church a lot
Nothing gets the tithes like the DROP!
I'm converting
Nice

I remember walking into Hard Day of the Dead in 2013 and hearing RL Grime playing this track and it sounded amazing. I think of that every time I hear this song.

There is so much warped bass behind the pounding kick bass he has too. Rustie killing the scene once again.
all time favorite
incredible sound from an incredible artist. rustie is ridiculously talented. there's not one thing of his that i dislike.
This track is epic, sound like something hit the dancefloor and messed with the space time continuum. very nice
Revolutionized future bass
this was effective in clearing my sinuses
Many have already passed through town, but a few are drifting in and out. We bring you tidings of great joy.
Rustie is just too good if you ask me! Can't wait to hear Triadzz :)

I can't even express vocally how dope this is. So glad I woke up to this on my newsfeed!
This song motivates me before going to score goals in soccer

Flume dropped this at First Ave last night and all hell broke loose

Cleanest drop of the century :O so good!
i was fuckin wasted on Fireball when Cecil Frena of Born Gold dropped this shit in a DJ set and I have loved Rustie ever since. I was lucky enough to see him live! i miss that guy, does anyone know if he makes music after he quit his full time career?

I know what you mean, but keep in mind that he is a pioneer in the genre and his perspective of music production is very different from everyone one else, and that's what makes him awesome.

This is some great rock music
Even Helen Keller could understand how awesome this song is.
All future bass music sound the same now but the oldies will always be goodies!
