I think the reason why some of the production is slow is because you don't have enough storage space, you need another store house
Martin u should set the archers to shoot at will while the bandits are at a distance coz u set it when they are close and the archers cant shoot when they too close. so u can use the archers but let them shoot early so they can benefit from distance combat... Just a thought from namiba

Trevor in MLB the show you can change one of the settings in the options so you can have base running opportunities on every pitch and not just payoff pitches
You can use your fallowed fields as pasture for your animals.
You can rotate the burgage plots to fit different spaces (the semi circle near the build button)
Okay last comment- which you likely won’t see since I’m late but I think you should consider moving the goat houses. People back then were very superstitious, they wouldn’t want to live so close to a corpse pit or graveyard, especially filled with their enemies

I'm still trying to get this game to work for me. Can't wait to play it. When you're attacking and the enemy start approaching, is it possible to let your archers stand their ground so they start shooting before the enemy gets close. Might be a good idea to prevent losing people.
