A High speed Fully Automatic Packaging Machine integrated with FIRST INDIAN MULTI HEAD WEIGHER (10 or 14 Head). The 4AT is suitable to pack free flowing granular non-homogeneous material, such as Potato & Banana Chips, Various Farsans, Namkeens and Lite Weight Snacks with high accuracy & repeatability. This Fully Automatic 4AT will automatically complete all packaging processes from measuring the material to feeding, filling, and sealing the pouch. The 4AT is fully loaded with special features which will make the machine virtually Operator free:
Air shaft is used for easy loading of film roll
The web alignment is through motorized / Automatic trolley moment
Servo drives are used for noiseless horizontal sealing
A servo drive is used for fast maintenance free film draw mechanism
Motorized Eye-mark sensor to make an operator free from carrying out tedious adjustment.
End of film roll alarm is provided to alert the operator
to keep ready next film roll for loading
No material- No pouch with alarm to indicate the machine is hungry for material.
