I don’t see why not, you are going to was to mix some top coat into the white to give it soft white and add some translucency

Base coat you cure. The slip layer before the building bead is what you leave uncured before going in with the larger bead.

3d gel is for decoration like flowers, it's meant to go on top of acrylic or gel
