Why did I purchase this wheel? 1. First and foremost - weight: 32 kgs. Any comparable wheel weighs around 40 kgs. I really don't want to carry a heavy wheel around. Even 32 kgs is way too much. Inmotion Adventure is better, but again, it weighs 39 kgs and costs substantially more. 2. Pre-installed pads. Yes, you heard me correctly. I am not into researching, buying, and experimenting with extra pads; I don't have time for this. I just want to ride. Also - I am pretty sure the S19 can and will fit custom aftermarket pads, i.e., 3D printed. They will just be attached in the same way as the original ones. I really don't understand why everyone complains about this. I think someone said this with the first demo unit and now everyone just repeats it without thinking about it. (yes I get it that you can't use the universal ones) 3. Seat included in the package. Again, I am not into researching, buying, and attaching some aftermarket seat to my wheel with a tape. This one comes with one in the box. 4. Great power & range for a wheel of this weight. 5. Universal tire pre-installed. Again - I am not into replacing a tire, I just want to ride. This tire is ok in the city and ok for the trails. It does not excel in either, but is good enough for both. Absolutely great for me. 6. Good suspension. What I hate? The constant color-changing LEDs. I hate them. I heard they can't be turned off. Maybe some future firmware/app update will solve this but until then, I will probably cover them with some tape. In general, what I observe in the community is that once a couple of respected reviewers criticize a certain EUC, others tend to watch these reviews and, perhaps unconsciously, review the EUC in a similar way. I saw that @mr_wrongway did a short video where he was too positive about this wheel and from all of a sudden, most voted comment starts with "Interesting that you like this one.". Same with @official.electricdreams - he liked the wheel but since he was positive and other reviewers were negative, his review was immediately marked as "too commercial" You know what guys, I absolutely respect your choice, your preference to customise everything, to have everything made out of steel. But me personally - I don't want to customise the wheel, I don't want to race it, I don't want to jump on some bump tracks, I don't want "the best wheel" that everyone in the community approves. I just wanna ride. And for that I think S19 for $2360 excluding tax - is just great (from EU stock) ♥
Yes, it does seem like it would be a bit pricey of a wheel for what it is trying to be. It seems to me that the recently announced S16 might be a nice update to the part of the market that seems under-served right now though.
great review guys. i like this wheel but the impossible battery level, nonexistent beeps and app crash you reported is alarming. i don't blame your distrust of the manufacturers , though your honest assessments and candor reconfirm my faith in the integrity of you and your team. any upcoming overview of the inmotion adventure? thanks.
Too many red flags on their demo unit to make us confident in bringing in this wheel. It was a blast to ride though. Extreme review is next and we’re still waiting from InMotion to do a V14 review
They should have put the touch sensor on the back instead of the front. That sensor would be super annoying in a lot of situations. Picking it up, going seated, resting seated at lights...
That flimsy handle is going to make this wheel far less convenient. As a successor to the S18, not withstanding the handle, I think it is right on the money. I have an S18 and I think it is a fantastic wheel which I love to ride. The wheel certainly looks the business.
Its crazy how manufacturers still dont understand that we want a solid, high quality handle. It aways seems like an afterthought. Even veteran who had probably the best handle on the og sherman ended up making a shitty, plastic, and uncomfortable handle on the sherman s. This one might be still manageable if it actually locked in place.
I think it is really for the best you aren't carrying this wheel. At least for me, knowing you take your warranty seriously, with how you replaced the S22 motors, and your careful choice of which wheels to include gives me much more confidence purchasing from Eevees. Especially with the S16 and v11Y arriving soon, this wheel feels like it is in a weird place, with the other wheels probably being better for casual riders, and the v14 or Patton being better for enthusiast riders.
You guys should do a seated riding test, awesome video! Kinda considering this wheel now, I like the s16 but idk how I feel about how heavy it is with less battery, less top end. Coming from a v12ht as my main wheel now.
Being older the weight was a positive but, a few reviews have mentioned the speakers jutting out. The lack of an IP water resistance again for me means no buy.
How can you compare lights when they're all at different distances ? I'd guess this comes in second d to v13 in spread and brightness at same distance !
Love your videos! But i have to say, coming from a bald man who once hid under hats, ditch the hat, own who you are. Women LOVE bald men and other men don't give AF. The confidence you will build is unmeasurable. Either way, keep up the great work guys.
What are klommitters ( or killommeters , you said both )? Are they in any way related to kilometres ? With (kilo = 1000 )× metres i.e. 1000 metres not kilom mitters !
I understand why you might not sell it. Sellers are flooded with wheels nowadays and eevees had to sell at cost quite a few wheels already because of lack of interest, like the Abrams, commander, etc. I think the s19 is too expensive for what's it's worth The s22 seems a more logical choice over the s19, at 3k$, buy new sliders and boom! Plus, popular youtube euc videos only care for performance. So it won't help sell the s19. I am absolutely not that kind of rider as I don't care about stupid 80kmh "performance", so I could be a potential buyer for it but for a few hundreds less$ that the suggested price now. The T4, although with less features, is at 3k$ It's not a bad wheel, but seems like it could suffer the same fate as the Begode Hero I hope you will sell the s16 tho. That could be a really nice entry level wheel and something that could really help growing the community
I did tried the S19 yesterday , it's weirdly SUPER close to riding a S18, it really feel light, I hated the S22 weight , and here I was quite surprised at how nimble it was. the only fault is the awful trolley imho.
I will keep my V12HT for sure. I do not know how can buy this, just a disco wheel 😂. And is there still the open slider design like S22? That will break soon...
Beautiful looking wheel. I have an S18 (from eevee’s) and love it. Had this been available I may considered? But honestly I don’t know if you need a mid-positioned wheel between S18 and S22. Furthermore agree 100p with the quality over quantity. Don’t know if this would be a second wheel for someone tbh. Thanks for the video. Best reviews out there for sure!
I actually think it is a sexy wheel and 37mph is pretty good. The issue is there aren’t many options for 18” suspension wheels. V11, s18, s19, master. And s19 is a huge upgrade over all but the master. And a master isn’t for everyone plus the build quality isn’t in the same league. So it does have an it’s own niche. At least until more 18” suspension wheels are released. FYI Inmotion is updating their v11
Wonder if that disable switch on the front that’s a touch sensor can be activated during the ride? And if so can water/dirt/mud cause that to activate?
I found with my V12 speaker that I get more volume when I control it with the phone's volume setting. My speakers volume don't work on the app or wheel once connected to Bluetooth, no matter the volume setting IDK if it is a speaker problem or is that is how it is designed With that said, 80% volume on my phone's volume is a lot louder than that on V12
This wheel is a perfect example of form over function. It looks great but I need a wheel that will withstand the inevitable drops. When is a company going to come out with a wheel with replaceable rubber bumper guards?
If it was my first wheel I would of considered buying it. I wouldn't buy it now though. I have a v11 for my casual wheel already and a v13 for my high speed wheel. I am looking towards a high torque trail wheel next. I do have a friend that is interested in this wheel for his first EUC but with the s16 coming out, I think that is probably going to be the option he takes compared to this because the performance isn't substantially different; and they are sort of the same class of casual suspension wheels and of course, and the s16 it is a lot cheaper for a first wheel. To me it seems KS already did a disservice to this wheel by throwing out the s16 as an upcoming wheel that to me takes away the torch of the only class of wheel this one was shooting for, a nice comfortable casual suspension wheel.
Personally I'd likely be ordering a trail/dirt specific wheel over the winter for spring '24. So no, this s19 checks no boxes on my list. That lack of custom pads install is big black mark. Using the T4 for now, I'm sold on the 16" platform as well, for dirt duties atleast. This s19 is purrrty & everyone keeps saying its got the best speakers so I believe but speakers on a wheel isnt a buy point for me. Could care less. s19 isnt for me but others can decide for themselves
I bought it and I constantly feel like I’m going to launch off it. Tried a vet sherm a got on it and felt stable from go. I dunno I might sell my s19 if anyone will buy it.
It is wasn’t cheaper than the Patton. Originally it was the same price. Some retailers have since lowered the price of the S19 because of the lack of interest in it.
As someone who is trying to get into doing more "pro" style riding (jumps, pushing 50mph [80kph]) I probably would not buy this wheel. I feel like I'd be hesitant to buy it as a first wheel as well just out of fear that it would get beat up too much to appreciate the aesthetics and speakers and such. The audience for this wheel I feel is a casual rider who is ready to upgrade from a beginner wheel like a v10 or 14d something.
The lie - too many wheels to carry them all The truth - they dont think its gonna sell Regardless if you believe the lie or the truth, I dont blame them. Got a funny feeling this s19 is gonna flop. Peeps can defend & argue all they want but unless they plunk down their hard earned cash, its trash talk. IMO ofcos
@@gabinator1177Well he asked & I gave him a reply. You dont like it, why doncha come up with a better answer? That would be contributing to the issue at hand instead of auditioning for wise guy of the century. That nuff of a revelation for ya 😏
I’ve been an e-scooter rider for years. Am about to “pull the trigger” on buying another one but…… the weight of the scooter I WANT to buy is 111 lbs. The one I ride NOW is 76 lbs. I live 2 flights up and I’m 71 so……. This thing is 70 lbs, goes farther on a charge🤔. It would be my first EUC. Build quality should survive my learning curve, the speakers would be GREAT and I’ve seen in another video that it has a burglar alarm on it. I would insist that it keep up with traffic, which it seems to. Plus it’d be a kick to see my doctors’ face on my monthly visit😅 I’m considering it😊
Testers should at least tattoo safety pafs to their knees, elbows and wrists. These things should come in the box for the price EUCs cost. Im surprised how you dont hear more about people smashing tneir faces when they fall for being disttacted and stupid. I cant imagine, since YT wont let us hear copyrighted music, that those tiny speakers are of any use. They might be good for playing circus clown music to enhance the comedy of a painful fall to lift the riders mood and entertain witnesses.
Why in hell could kingsong not built the s22 like this wheel in the first place??? Fire the s22 engineer!!! I hope you sued kingsong on the money you spent fixing the bad motor manufacturing!!!

Can’t wait for a tear down. If the sliders are upgraded to seal out rain and dirt, that would be a good sign.
It's the new v11. the best looking wheel for beginners who don't know that there are better things out there to buy/grow into
Good to hear that, I just sold my V11 to buy S19.

I enjoyed watching this video. Going to buy S19 Pro.
I love the anti theft alarm. does that lock the wheel down too? I'd like to see that on other wheels too. Are there any others with similar features?
For the sound test - I think it's more comparable, if you add small speakers most riders use, like the Tribit Stormbox.
