I don't understand why people spend so much on customising these cheap dingys in the states? Why not just spend that on a better or purpose built boat?
I totally agree.. The more they mount on the boat the unsafer it becomes.. In case of puncture, they will either have to jump off the boat to save their stuff or throw all stuff away to save life.
These are purpose-built whitewater rafts, adapted with frames designed for fishing...not a dinghy used for simple shuttling to shore. Many of these rafts are capable of handling class 3 or 4 rapids, opening up a ton of water to fishing access where any other traditional fishing vessel cannot go (wood and fiberglass crack and splinter on rocks...rafts simple bulge and bounce/slide over them).
what are the dimensions of the floor? I bought this raft and need to get a floor from somewhere?
I'm considering upgrading my frame for my scadden raft. also about 12 ft. wondering roughly the cost of just this frame?
Who sold you this raft for under $3000??? Straight from Saturn?
Fantastic!!! No plywood and that stupid carpet that all the other people use 👍
