No matter what, even if you hide in a basement, a basket, or in your tub, or if you’re away from the window or inside. If it’s your time to die, this way, you will die this way no matter what. If it’s not your time, then it’s not time for you to go.

Unfortunately, if it's your time, it's your time. No one dies, on any given day, who isn't supposed to. Regardless of age, race, religion, social status. Death, does NOT care about who it takes, as long as it can take someone.

I was chasing this tornado and saw it first hand. Seeing this just breaks my heart. Nature is so cruel (disease, natural disasters, death, etc). I saw this tornado hit this town head on. Nothing I can do about it either, not a feeling a storm chaser / researcher wants to see. Seeing this really sucks. God bless everyone from sticking together.
To be honest and with due respect ... The footage Clem shot was absolutely incredible - Even having viable scientific value. Better footage than any storm chasing probes or unmanned drones sent into such monstrous storms. His video is stable, high quality, and just amazing (from a research standpoint).
I send all my condolences for his wife and his recovery, as well as those losing their lives and property in tis devastating storm. Illinois people are some of the nicest and down to earth folks I ever came across.

Nature isn’t cruel. It has no intent. But it is incredibly powerful, and should never be taken for granted, or ignorantly dismissed.
Living things are what matters most in this universe. For all we know, we might be the only life ;I doubt it, but the possibility remains). We must protect ourselves and our other living cousins jealously. We payed for our place on this earth with incalculable deaths. It’s our job as a species to stem the flow of unnecessary death, IMO. Tornadoes included.

In the tornado alley there are small towns with their small city center, which are very old, some with the date of when they were built 1889, 1850, 1900 and so on many more buildings, and all of them are still standing in those places where Tornadoes pass almost all the time, and all those constructions are made of very hard solid brick, they are there as an example of how to build something that resists both time and the attacks of nature. Why do they make houses out of sticks and cardboard today? Just so Home Depot and Lowes make more money? The bricks they sell don't weigh anything and the wood is light and not as heavy as before. If one day you have the opportunity to look at a 100-year-old house and see the wood it was built with, you will see that the wood is hard and heavy. Sorry, my English is not good, use a translator.

He went upstairs to get lanterns. I hadn’t read that the basement was too small for them both. Clearly he was called to stand at the window and take the video instead of heading to an interior space. The polar opposite thing you do in such circumstance. But, ironically he lived and his wife didn’t. Apparently they found the phone with the footage in the wreckage.

It's things like this that make me objectively question my belief in a God. Because things are just too random to make sense. The wife takes cover and is killed, the Husband films a Tornado as it is barreling directly at him and he survives. Morning Glory,
... but the Bible does *not* say, "God helps them who help themselves".....
We have made up our *OWN* rules here, and that is *not* how it is supposed to be.
      *NOPE*
God's *WORD* is *ETERNAL* ,and we are *NOT* allowed to just make it up as we go along because there is also consequence for that action too. (Jesus reproved the Pharisees of His day too for *USURPING* the WORD with their OWN man made "religion"! )
Honestly, God wants us to *obey* Him in *LOVE* ~~ which is exactly what His *eternal* Word is *all* about.
On a very personal note, some years ago, I died (yes, stone, cold dead) and went "over yonder"
      *GOD IS LOVE*
So very Vast and Eternal that even those words can even begin to come close to aptly describing the *PURE LOVE* that God *IS*
The. Words. Do. *NOT* . Exist.
Have you heard of the prophecy of Daniel that could not be unlocked until the "end" ?
Well, I would like to recommend the following:
*The Chronological Gospels: The Life and 70 WEEK Ministry of THE Messiah* by A Rood Awakening
This is a series that shows how the earthly ministry of *THE* Messiah fulfills (ON SEVERAL LAYERS) the 70 WEEK/Shavuim prophecy of Daniel.
Have you ever read the book of the Revelation about that *beast* with all the heads? This *beast* has 7 heads, and the *beast* is the kingdoms of Satan. You will be *shocked* when I show this to you, but it will make *THE* most sense of anything you have *ever* heard ~~~ because it is *TRUTH*
Here are the "heads" of the *beast* as shown to John on the Isle of Patmos:
      1 Egypt,
      2. Assyria,
      3 Babylon,
      4. Medo-Persia,
      5 Greece and
      6. Rome. (At the time John wrote this the kingdom "is") Encompassing *ALL* of *CHURCHIANITY*

      Alexander,
No, there is *indeed* a plan, and has been a plan *all* along.
      See my above commentary!
      have a blessed day~~
      Much LOVE and TRUTH
      ua-cam.com/video/YjrxHqNy5CQ/v-deo.html
Finding the Mountain of Moses ~~` the *REAL* Mount Sinai
*TRUTH* is indeed coming out in these "last days" . We have to *choose* for ourselves whom we will serve.
There are *many* archaeological findings coming out that *PROVE* without a shadow of a doubt the veracity of the biblical stories.
I have many, many videos and playlists on my channel if you are interested.

I've watched his video. After 45 seconds, it is clear the tornado is coming closer. After that, there is at least one full minute to at least yell at her to get in the cellar/basement. (Reports say she was in kitchen, because she didn't want to go to the basement because she was afraid of spiders) I bet if he hollered that it was coming, she might have been able to go in the basement. But nothing. Not a word. It's also weird the way he talks about her in this and other videos. No flashlights in your house that aren't upstairs? You don't take cover during a tornado warning?
