- I spent over one week in the town of Fort William in the Scottish Highlands alone, going on plenty of hikes around the area and climbing munros. I also got my packraft out on one of the Loch's which was lovely as I haven't packrafted in ages!

As a Scotsman staying in Scotland I guess we sometimes take it’s beauty for granted and that beauty changes with every season. Thanks for sharing the wintery mountains another great video. Haste Ye Back.

Good to see someone else chasing snow In Scotland near to Fort William and good to be around up to mountains peaks in winter especially night time. Scotland was beautiful place to live.

I watched a doc on Scotland recently. What a beautiful, majestic land. So vast and haunting in it’s glorious splendour. I would love to visit one day.

Get an ice axe and crampons if you don't already, they are a must for heading up any Munro. They are a prerequisite. Always take them out with you between October/November and April in Scotland if you are going out and especially if you are considering going high. The conditions in Scotland can be nuts and you must be prepared. Navigating from the top of the Ben is no joke with a bit of cloud, some wind and snow everywhere, there are some big drops. Take care out there.
And learn to use them correctly! They are dangerous to the user if you don't know what you are doing.
There is an absolutely fantastic Vid on youtube about a guy who went camping in that exact area . A Very experienced guy who was desperately unlucky and almost died just from a sequence of events that could happen so easily to anyone . When it turns like that up there you are always better to err on the side of safety as it can catch you out so quickly with winds 100 mph + . Great Vid , well done .

Recently i read about an old man who lives in Fort William,off grid. He's a hermit,living a nice and tranquil life enjoying nature. I would like to live that way someday,the grey,rainy,cloudy and windy days!

I think your destined to move to Bonnie Scotland..I love my home country! I moved away in 2016 and now living in South of Spain. I still love visiting and I'll be there this weekend for the Glasgow Whisky Festival!

My Great Grandparents all migrated to Canada from Scotland back in the mid 1850’s.

Becky glad you had a great time…….I thought you were heading to Steall Falls when you said you were in Glen Nevis….they are extremely impressive and very easy to get to via a low level walk from the end of Glen Nevis.
Working a 2/2 rotation, I used to visit Ft William / Glencoe area for a few days every month and have some wonderful memories of my times there. You have re-ignited my desire to return after a 5-year hiatus. Thanks. :o)

Lovely video again! Your fascination for snowcovered mountains is easy to understand when you see these pictures, it's absolutely stunning.
Here in Norway some areas have more snow this winter than we've had for some fifty years and we're only halfway through the winter months yet! Guess we'll be skiing until the end of May at least. Packrafting looks fun, but the season up here is rather short:-)

We had many holidays down Glen Nevis, love the highlands so much we moved just North of Fort William 8 years ago. So many hiking opportunities nearby long and short. I reckon you'll be moving up here in the not too distant future. Great video as always, thanks for sharing. To spice up the trek up Ben Nevis, go via the CMD arete.

Very awesome video. I live in Thunder Bay,Ontario, that was originally Fort William, was the twin Cities of Fort William and Port Arthur before the 2 amalgamated to become Thunder Bay, and of course we have the old fur trading post Old Fort William here as well. Keep up the great videos and I enjoy watching them all....cheers Fred
