My grandfather had this car....very cool
A very nice 61 Valiant, can't remember the last time I saw one? Don't think it was this nice when it came out of the factory in 1961. Good paint choice and a beautiful interior.
Definitely a specialty, odd car yet interesting.
My Neighbor had a black 61 Valiant when I was a kid.
This was one of the first cars designed by computer and before you say it's ugly take another view of it from a different perspective;
This Valiant commands salient architecture, blending the past with the present with features from several different models of late and from decades ago even.
It's not a gentle looker nor does it look like a beast.
The wide range of lines, angles and the odd shapes accommodate one another in a respectful manner.
The 1961 Plymouth Valiant sedan..... an interfusion of thorough and radical.
I remember back in the early sixties my dad had one and also he had a 61 Dodge Lancer.
So beautiful. LOVE IT!!!!
Wow!!! Really nice old Mopar!!!
SOOO many angles! I remember these!!
The earliest memory of my mother driving me around was in a red Valiant in this body style. I was born in '64, so it was probably getting long in the tooth by the time I could remember it. Push button automatic--I remember that. Too bad they couldn't incorporate it into this mod somehow.
I had a 1964 Plymouth valiant with the push button 225 slant six it lost in a fight with a 1960 Cadillac sedan DeVille convertible. 😬
A Prince valiant car, comics from the 60ties, superb car from volo cars always the Best cars in the World, ♥️ thanks Jay grams president of volo auto museum and russel for perfect photografy from tom your friend now and always say hello to All at volo cars museum 😊 😊 😊 😊
Gorgeous Valiant.
Rich Corinthian leather!
👍
Really nice 👍🏼
Awesome Valiant! 💙
What a really unique build, my first car was a 63 Valiant with the slant 6 wasn’t the coolest but was really durable especially for a 16 year old.
Beautiful car my friend amazing car nice and clean!!
I like it, but A/C is a must. They probably should have taken care of that first at this price point. Very nice otherwise though.
Was thinking the same thing. Hello from Az. 😛
That blue paint would look good on a 67 Cougar
I’m not a z retro mod fan. Not at all BUT this one is an exception! So well done and no expense spared!
I don't think anyone will see this car at any car show. It is definitely unique and really cool 😎. How can you not have a good time with.
I love this car. It’s nothing like what you see at all the car shows. Mustangs,GTO’s, Corvettes, Chevelle’s. I’m so sick of those cars. It’s nice to see an oddball or two in Jay’s stable once in a while.
I'm speechless !!!
That's a rare one.
Looks great
Fabulous car
This is the best car I ever owned, 139000 miles, changed the oil and that’s it why can’t they makem like this now
One of the ugliest cars to have been made in Detroit! Looks more like those ugly 1950's and '60s small European cars. Not too many of these around so if you want one this one should do quite well.
My parents' next-door neighbors had one of these Valiants (in black). I avoided looking at for fear of going blind 😁
The "V200" signified the trim level. V200 cars had better trim than the V100 cars.
PS sounds like the 🦇 batmobile strikes from the batcave 🦇 🦇
I remember the restoration of that car made in 2004, and bought the magazine in that time, 20 years later it looks nice 👍
How to get it financed, he says? You shouldn't be buying a car like this unless you can pay for in cash. I mean, really.
That's the police car that Spencer Tracy drove in the movie it's a mad, mad ,mad, world.
DEAUTIFUUL & EXTREMELY STUNNING, LOVE THIS CARE WOW , WOULD BUY IT IN A HEART BAEAT--GREAT VIDEO REVIEW TOO
Looks like a car James Bond's parents would drive.
Val was a fine little car for the money. Lasted a long time.
No power steering?
Yeah, another bummer. With the slant 6, that mighta been OK, but with the weight of that 360 up front ……………….. 😢
I'd drive that. I love quirky odd rods.
Very Very Nice Dashboard 😊
All that money and its still a valiant
Beautiful Color ❤ It
Talk about super rare.
Those are nice Wheels on It
Wanderful car !!!
