Thank you for your sincerity and honesty!! Although I really thought it wasn't a case of adenocarcinoma since the first video, we all have to admit that pathologists sometimes don't know how to decide, and indeed should have the right not to do it in certain circunstances.
Seriously, this is too much responsibility, A person will undergo a major surgery which was not required, or do not undergo a required surgery and die, based on our interpretation... Non-pathologists just dont understand this, they think getting biopsy done is same as getting diagnosed
