When they talk about a pay gap they are talking about women being the majority in an HR department but men being the majority of traders. They then look at the bank as a whole and say there is a gender pay gap. It's a trick. My question is this: If a company can pay a woman less for doing the same amount of work as a man than why are there still men working?
