Not all men are payed the same wage for the same job. Experience, work ethic, productivity and dependability all play a factor.
The most productive or those who know how to play the system tend to get the best positions and wages. This usually takes extreme dedication and sacrifice of ones personal life which only a handful of people are willing to do. Women complain that that to get to the top its harder for a woman when truthfully its damn hard for anyone.

My favorite part is when Stella constantly tries to talk over Kate and the Kate says one thing over her and she complains about how she listened to Kate so she should listen to her. When in reality she was constantly talking or attempting to talk over Kate the whole time. So when Kate said something about it, Stella got in her feelings and had to say the same thing back to Kate as if she wasn’t just talking over Kate the whole time.
It always shows that the side Stella is on is always half listening and never take in what Kates side is saying because they listen to respond instead of listening to understand.
The wage gap has been debunked so many friggin times and in fact, a study was done at google that showed that women were actually paid more, but there is no talk of that by feminist, but none of that is surprising. It’s unreal how ignorant feminist just decide to blatantly be.

I worked as a male nurse in the NHS and what Stella is saying is rubbish. Depending on years qualified, the pay is exactly the same an hour between men and women. Stella is constantly interrupting because she knows she hasn’t got the figures or analysis to back it up.
