I used to work there. I buttered those breads. I did all the pastas. Garlic butter gets brushed after toasted. Great food. Great place! Buffalo chicken sandwich is phenomenal. Extra hot sauce.

You can either order it baked or fried, we bake them in the morning and set them in the refrigerator for the day. So when you order wings we bake them again so they are either double baked or double baked and then fried for that extra crisp 🙂🙂🙂.
When we cook out noodles fresh every morning to al dente we portion them into tiny plastic bags. When the smokey mountain spaghetti is ordered we take one bag and cut another one in half. You probably got three half bags opposed to one full bag and a half. Representing BOSTON PIZZA ayeeee.
