One of Chainsaw's advantages is that he's always busy, employs multiple workers for field work and optimises his fields
You should add a few water boost tanks next to the gold production
Tried it and it wasnt possible for me. It said place near a greenhouse.

pls don't merge with the other field, they're quite big as they are and already you're seeding those large ones in 2 days, now you're gonna do it in 3 days, just leave it as a separate field :D
Totally agree. Also, if the next episode has the best clothes price, there's not much sense in planting cotton now. You don't want to be selling bales, they're much better processed.
Money easy now , buy a huge seeder or planter .

Maybe put canola or sunflowers in the new field, and get an oil factory? Another option is wheat or barley and get a grain mill and eventually a bakery.
Dagger, I highly suggest that you just pump wool clothes out. Sell cotton as is. Buy more land as fast as possible. Quantity is key. I really enjoy the videos and want to thank you for your hard work. I'm rooting for you to win. Go team Dagger!
love your videos Dag. I've been watching chainsaw's videos as well and he is doing pretty much everything you are doing plus others. for example, its great that you are getting so much money from the Gold, but Chainsaw is doing the same and therefore both side's are the same. However, he is also doing, furniture, oil, flour, eggs. Why don't you double down on the gold and get another factory or get one of those huge chicken sheds and go full on with egg production? Just a thought, love your videos.
It might be a good idea to have a front loader or even a skidsteer so it frees up the wheel loader

I think u should do canola and start doing oil that then opens the door to do olives for olive oil and also sunflower oil but up to u of course

Someone commented that you are going to lose because you dont use AI workers as much as you could. That is just crazy, but there is a point in making fields AI friendly so you can multitask. Just one more little cut in the death of a thousand cuts...

having 3 large cotton fields that are not ready to harvest yet is all well and good, but Chainsaw has got cotton too, and has already harvested his first 2 or 3 fields, and has more growing now. He also has oil production, dairy, methane, gold, chickens, cows, tailor, sawmill, furniture, there might be more but the gold production was his most recent buy and I think he got it 2-3 episodes after you. As for clothing, cotton and wool, he has had those since well before you.
I say this not as a negative comment, but as you have said before that you dont watch Chainsaw's progress. So you have basically said cool you have cotton, and clothes, but Chainsaw harvested his first cotton field in maybe episode 35 or earlier. From that aspect, he is well ahead of you, his spinery are all full of cotton with spare stacked up for processing, as well as wool processing. Only difference is you have gone all in on clothes with mutluple tailors and spineries.
So it will be interesting to see which method comes out on top, as both sides are moving in different directions. Chainsaw is heavy productions and many different types, but no double ups. Daggerwin has put a lot of effort into clothes only. Who will win? For me that is still up in the air, but I can see how people say Chainsaw will win, and that is solely because most of the stuff Daggerwin has, Chainsaw had many episodes before, all true except the gold and methane which I think Daggerwin beat Chainsaw to by 3-5 episodes or however many it was.
Another reason for Chainsaw possibly winning.. He rolls his seedbeds, and sprays his crop with herbicide and 2x fertilizer before germination. That is good for at least 9% more yield per harvest according to my own tests on No Mans Land. In contrast, Daggerwin has mentioned more than once in this series alone that he is of the belief that you loose yield if you spray herbicide before the 1st growth stage, infact you loose 7% yield if you wait to spray until after the weeds germinate. The game simulates the weeds ruining part of the crop despite being killed off.
No he doesn't care about winning or manipulating game mechanics... He cares about "rEaLiSm"
@@Dangerwiggles Total BS on the realism part in this series. What he cares about is making entertaining videos, and I grudgingly admit he is very successful at that. Heck, I watch everything he does. I wish he would pay more attention to the competition though, and I think most of his loyal viewers would agree. Perhaps he should be watching Chainsaw's videos? Hell, they are only usually less than 15 minutes...
Though now that I am here and talking about it, I will let you in on my own personal conspiracy theory: Wouldn't it be a kick in the head to find out Chainsaw IS Daggerwin?!!!!! Or maybe they are in the same household? I almost guarantee Chainsaw is playing several character parts in the role play.
@@seanobrien7169 yes entertainment is a better way to describe it, you're right. I'm complaining, but I also have been a viewer since the original survival roleplay
@@seanobrien7169 I agree on this, Daggerwin is top notch in making entertaining videos and is very careful to make sure he mixes tasks up to avoid repetitiveness as much as possible.
However this series is titled as Competitive muiltiplayer, and like the last series I feel like there is more weight or effort put into the variety aspect and trying to make it entertaining, and less into the competitive aspect.
I get the sensation that Daggerwin thinks the content will be immediately boring not entertaining if he eases off on his normal play style that works so well in all the other series and pushes more competitiveness even if that means doing the same job twice in a row.
I say playing more compitively on a series titled competitive mutliplayer will add probably 5x the entertainment value as it would loose from having a bit more repitition in the tasks.
I also have heard Daggerwin see the amount of money he has compared to Chainsaw at certain times and immediately say something to the effect of he's doing well... I think the last time this happened if memory serves me correctly, Chainsaw had just dumped nearly 400 grand at the farm shop and still had similar money to Daggerwin afterwards. Current cash in the bank is one thing, but we all know and are waiting for the final sell off which is where it will show who has had the most sucess.
Its all well and good not to watch your competitors videos, but if I was playing compatitively I probably wouldnt watch all eps, but maybe one in every 5-10 eps I would breeze over just to get a sense of where I am at compared to the compatition.

I wish they would make it so you could plumb all the greenhouses to a water tower instead of going to each one
Someone below mentions it and it is a good point: The cotton you have already grown will fill your spinneries and it takes forever to go through cotton. I would focus on another crop leading to another production. Preferably a three link chain: wheat>flour>bread....

Depending on how long you and Chainsaw are planning to continue this series, for instance if you are only half way through the series, I think you should buy the land between your land and the store. Same thing with Chainsaw and his land through the store account, like you did with the forklift at the store. As long as you and Chainsaw don’t want it for yourselves. The reason I say that is that you can build roads from both of your farms and Productions. Will look better than driving across the grass all the time. 😊
PS: Could rename the account town and county infrastructure.

When you buy the platinum expansion disk does it unlock all of the other dlc's?
The Premium expansion. If you buy the complete Premium Edition it does indeed include all DLC up to this point except Pumps and Hoses which was not a Giants thing.
Isn't the premium expansion the one with the new harvester on it ?
@@Harry-vb9pt It has several new harvesters. One self-propelled and three or so towed units. Plus the three new root crops and a whole lot of other stuff. If you are buying the entire game this is the way to go. 6 maps, a whole ton of equipment, basically everything Giants has offered.
@@seanobrien7169 Although you need to contact Giants after buying the Premium Edition because the activation key they supply doesn't unlock all the other expansions & DLCs. Ask me how I know.
Well yeah u have the fields, but they arent rolled, didnt kill the weeds at the right stage and dont have lime. Chainsaw will get the same amount of cotton from 1.5 fields

Please can you check your sound balancing. The timelaps music was so loud I had to turn the volume down and then your voice audio was much quiter.
I think the fields are big enough. My only complaint this series is that your fields are so big and awkwardly shaped that you can't take care of them in one day even with a worker. It would be much better to my spicy brain if everything wasn't on different days all the time. Plus better turn over of fields for you.

Please remove the tree from the new field... Every time that you left a tree, you chop it down when the feild is in growth and you lose out on crop space

I forgot you did grapes.... Huge waste of space, money, time and equipment. You haven't even done anything with them except fertilize. Needs to be mulched and cultivated in between every row still I believe
You built a grain mill and only used it from one harvest. I’d much rather see you plant wheat, barley or sorghum instead of even more cotton and use that grain mill.

‼️‼️PLEASE READ THIs DAGGERWIN‼️‼️Dont combine the fields daggerwin. They already overwhelm you enough. It is better to diversify and store for when the time comes. I also suggest that you buy more land for more productions like furniture and dairy productions (which means you need milking cows). So please dont combine fields and split the fields because they are to big for you.(therez no way you can plant half a field in one month and the rest in the other. So please Dag,take interest in this comment.
Don't do more cotton. Thats boring, do something so you can use your flour mill. And please dont wait too long for vintage survival!!!

Stop moaning about his videos. Yes it's competitive multiplayer but he has his own playstyle. So does Chainsaw. They are different. Enjoy them for what they are. If he did what chainsaw100 does in his videos, it would make for very long boring videos. Whoever wins, wins. Let him enjoy.... If you don't like the way he's doing things, go watch something else
