Our all-electric Canoo Lifestyle Vehicle concludes winter testing in Baudette.
At temperatures below 30 degrees Fahrenheit, and with extreme conditions to ensure that each system is operational and functions in a cold weather environment, our robust testing out-performed in all areas including handling, controllability, stability, predictability and traction.

Really hope Canoo is able to get there and start manufacturing these vehicles. It's literally the only one I'm seriously interested in at the moment. I like the form factor and design, the use of interior space, and the rethinking of the whole feng shui of the cockpit/cab layout. Not to mention the price point is more realistic than just about any other EV out there at the moment. Everyone's trying to build these $100K+ EVs for the 1%, but at least Canoo, and maybe Aptera, are trying to make it affordable for everyone else who'd like to own an EV and isn't independently wealthy.
It's a very versatile concept. Good for travel, family, running errands, and it's electric. This company would do very well I hope this succeeds

It's refreshing to see a company go through extensive testing rather than trying to rush it out the door for a quick profit and being prone to recalls. With Walmart, the US army, and NASA all showing interest, it seems that any apprehension towards capital expenditures will been eased.
the military alone would / could really increase the potential of this vehicle. Not to mention an cash cow

The whole not having money to potentially start production is a quite concerning as an investor.. but I sold my shares long time ago .. so we will see .. best of luck .. I still wanna buy one of these tho !

I love this company’s idea of how a car should be, I would sell my jeep renegade 2015 for a Canoo truck. Seriously my jeep has 126,000 miles and I hate gas prices

My question has to do with seat options up front. Will more robust options be available keeping in mind this is a subscription product.

I like the concept and I really want to try it out once it comes out in my country in the future, but I stand with what I've said before, for what I've seen from the videos, suspension with springs, and not air suspension, will make the ride on the automated vehicle really bad, you can see it in Tesla model 3 autopilot, it's a robot, it has no sensibility of the road surface to decelerate or move really slowly in potholes, it just goes, or if the limit of that road is 15km it just tries to reach it has fast has possible, speeding trough the road mindless of what's underneath... I think all the automated companies have to work a lot in this point. We expect a confortable ride from A to B like if we were in a Rolls Royce Phantom but in your small form factor, I don't want to be grabbing every handle in the car just not to be brought down the seat...
I don't know if anyone from the company actually monitors these comments, but in case they do, I have a question relevant to the subject of this video. Will production versions have a heat pump for cabin and battery heating or will all heating depend on resistive heat elements? The answer has implications for winter range. My Chevy Spark EV has a heat pump. I hope if GM can manage to put one in such a small car, Canoo can do the same.

@@tylerdurden4377 a "going concern" is a point in time accounting term. They are obligated by SEC rules to say those words if there is a "going concern". However, the moment they get additional funding it essentially nullifies that concern about survival. You have to look at it wholistically. Tesla has been in this state many times.
Don't blame you for selling, they are supposed to begin production this year but there's no pricing information beyond the reservations? Anything beyond a short is pure speculation imho
