A reminder that healing isn't linear

The purpose of this video was not for other people to even know it existed, but to keep in my own personal arsenal for me and me only. I had just experienced an intense wave of sadness and grief come up and after crying it out, I wanted to document for myself to come back to at a different time to reflect and remind myself this feeling will not last forever and it will also likely return. As terrified as I am posting this, something inside me is telling me to. I don't expect anyone to watch this, I mean I have 0 subscribers which I'm totally stoked about - but if anyone happens to stumble across it, I hope you're kind and can appreciate how difficult it is to be this vulnerable on the internet which is quite literally my worst nightmare.
