waking up early at 5am was the best decision I ever made.. I was a super lazy person before. literally stayed in bed all day. Was supper depressed and had ADHD. I started waking up early and doing things like workouts and eating healthy etc was not only effortless but actually became quite enjoyable… waking up early is really really beneficial!!!

My phone knows me better than I know me. This video is what I need in my life asap. Having this in my recommendations was not by coincidence.

I recently started getting up early and going for a walk with the sun shining in my face. It’s changed my day so much in such little time! I used to drag myself around avoiding bedtime, but now I go to bed early and eager for the next beautiful day. Thank you Mel for your inspiration and dedication. ☀️✨☀️

Started the 4 a.m morning schedule in July. A cup of coffee and absolutely no media ( phone, TV etc) during the first 90 minutes of the morning. Mediation and affirmation have become the core of this gratitude in attitude 🙏

My husband has anxiety, depression and I am 100% sure he has ADHD…he awakes 4:30am each day. He has a coffee with 30mins catching up with a the news, Facebook etc (not my ideal I’d prefer to read a book rather than that toxicity but I am working on that with him) then I wake at 5.30 to go an hours walk with him. Come rain or shine that hour wakes him up & he forgets the anxiety for a while. We talk about life, the kids things we can plan or any problems either of us has.
I wouldn’t change it for a lie in (I stay in bed til 8ish weekends as we have kids) as it helps his mood for the day & the exercise is good for us both x

Once one reaches huge success and one still feels crappy about oneself, it must be a big disappointment. Especially if one thought success was going to make one happy. Happiness is about good connections with positive people that really care about one’s well being. Also, life is too short to be one’s own enemy.
Mel, I am glad you have come to the other side of all your struggles and are enjoying your success. Go girl!!😃

    Hi Mel,
I just want to let you know that I really feel that you are a kindhearted woman with your heart in the right place, who really is sincere and just want to make a difference in peoples lives 😇. People who struggle just like me or even worse then me😩
I hope one day I find the strainght without the "excuses" of my depression (whish is really diagnosed, a chronicle one + other desorders due to abuse and things I don't dear mention them here for my safety ).You give the right tools and still it's a big hurdle for me. But I will keep on watching your videos cause this is just no quality of life for my self and my 2 daughters who live with me and we me struggle daily.
I am thankful and grateful for the efforts that you keep on making and repeat several subjects so that if even one person picks up what you say it will sencere make you happy, even if you don't know us personally 🙏💪👍🤗
    THANK YOU MEL,
    Greatful greetings'
    Malieka🌷

Maybe we should just roll with who and what we are.
As long as you can get the things you need to get done; it's all good.
I'm tired of feeling like being myself needs to be fixed or improved
    Am I wrong?

I used to keep my phone next to my bed on an active and it was the first thing I looked up at for the last six months I have not done that because I realized it does that your day and I didn’t like it and I now put it on airplane mode and I put it with a cord on another table farther away from my bed but I do live alone and I feel like if something happened I would need a phone and I wouldn’t want to go to another room to have to get it . When I was married for 26 years I had a husband next to me in case something went wrong and I had a child etc. but now living alone at 59 I’m not really old enough to do the life alert thing or all of that and so I don’t touch my phone and it’s on airplane and it’s basically off but I have it for safety is that going to change things

I have had the same struggles with adhd. Meditate and be selfaware though out the day. Focus on what fuels you. Be consistent with something. Eliminate distractions. Spend time in nature or do whatever lights you up and makes you feel good. Too much informations tend to extend our need for sleep end effects how we get up in the next morning. I hope thats helpfull for you and wish you all the best.
