Never mind the loose dishwasher bracket. Why would the new home owners accept the duel electrical outlets next to the dishwasher. That cannot be code anywhere in the world. My guess is the last homeowner was trying to take out the dishwasher operator! ;-)

Nice to put silicone to cushion against vibration. Most people don't use silicone and it can damager the granite counter.
