CLIP DESCRIPTION:
Sgt. Tackleberry (David Graf) and Sweetchuck (Tim Kazurinsky) help an old lady get her quarter back and then investigate a bank robbery.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
In this third installment of the slapstick comedy series about novice police officers with less than dubious abilities, two police academies have to compete with each other in order to stay in business. The state's skinflint governor claims he has less money to spread around, so one of the police training academies is going to be axed. Commandant Lassard (George Gaynes) calls back some of his former recruits to train the new batch of students, hoping to get the edge on the rival academy. Among the newcomers are brassy Cadet Zed (Bobcat Goldthwait), who is a former gang leader, and his roommate Cadet Sweetchuck (Tim Kazurinsky). Sweetchuck is a wimpy noodle whose Clint Eastwood impersonation is one of the film's most honestly funny moments.

Tackleberry: “Could you identify your quarter ma’am?” 0:31 😆😂🤣
R/Wooosh
Yeah, we saw it
“Can you identify your quarter Ma’am?” Hilarious!!😀
Tackleberry takes the service part of Protect and Serve very seriously. And apparently the phone company's customer service too.
If only cops nowadays were like that.
Tackleberry is Terry Pratchett's Captain Carrot.
@@ThaFuzzwood exactly
RIP Tackleberry
RIP David Graf, you were my favorite character of them all.
Didn't realize Police Academy was an 80's movie, he was already dead by the time I watched Police Academy
I love how tackle berry shoots the phone😂😂😂
Any excuse for him to shoot
0:23 😆
one thing I love about tackleberry he's really nuts especially when it comes to his gun Sledge hammer and tackleberry are the best they won't mess around with anyone no matter who they are.
Tackleberry was my favorite character in these movies, with Hightower as a close second
Tackleberry was the ultimate cop. If we had more cops like him there would not be so much crime in America!
What a lobby🤣
Each city would have to pay $100 million for all of the lawsuits.
@@danechebarria8086 Tackleberry would just shoot all the lawyers. And judges. And...
@@danechebarria8086 Not if we had judges who threw out all the frivolous lawsuits.
Imagine a team-up between Eugene Tackleberry and Sledge Hammer.
So, it took me 32 years to realize that Tackleberry was wearing his motorcycle helmet while driving the patrol car. They don't make comedies like this anymore
SupaEMT134 Back in the days some police officers actually did that
Saw it on a vintage FBI forearm training video distributed to local police officers
He's wearing the full motorcycle cop getup.
One movie that cops wear helmets while driving a police car is robocop
@@rainbowdashandsonicftw4792 those are ballistic helmets i think... this one a "regular" helmet
I just noticed this last week!
I loved how the only time when Tackleberry was normal when he was at his girlfriend's parents :D
that's because her family manages to be even crazier then he is
@@majinnemesis well she DID have a nice piece...
That was one of the funniest scenes in cinematic history the way Kirkland was laughing at her father and brother going at it and Tackleberry's face
There's RoboCop.. And then there's Tackleberry....
Robo-Tack?
Ah yes, the streets of Toronto: Sun newspaper boxes, Canada Post drop boxes, TD Bank. Won't mention that "Cray Super Computer" from Crummadork.
SWEET CHUCK : WHAT A LOBBY
TACKLEYBERRY : SWEET CHUCK ! !
😂😂
A Commodore 64, that brings back memories.
Commodore 64 and Paperboy game
Can you identify your quarter ma'am.. LMAO
I have always. loved. loved his character. He is hilarious !!!!
That and the Blue Oyster music 😂
Tackleberry was a serious cop heavy on his job
*YOU'LL PAY HER NNOOWW!!!*
Bubba Smith as Hightower David graf as tackleberry to the other actors and actresses who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten the police academy movies always a classic to watch keep the laughs coming appreciate you guys ! Joe
It is tragic
0:33 using a 64 for serious work ... that's like using a Mac!
"this is Sgt tackleberry.". "so"
So? THAT MEANS LISTEN TO HIM FOR GOD'S SAKE.
@@sandraberrios1808 I love the way the operator was cocky. And how Tackleberry handled it, in his own way. He really wanted that lady to have her quarter
Rip hooks and tackle berry
I never understood why the woman obeyed the two random Sergeants and not the control room sergeant when she was training in the control room. And why Sgt Hooks actually let it happen that way. She was in command of that room. The other two had no business even being there.
In the original I couldn't tell whether Tack was firing a S & W 629 or Ruger Redhawk. This clip confirms the former. Dirty Harry revolver in beautiful stainless steel!
It's a 629. He had a Redhawk in the Moscow movie.
Btw, police code 10-48 means traffic control. This make scene even more funny... hilarious.
Where? My agency it's code for assist motorist(disabled vehicle)
What a lobby!!!
Short man XD he the favourite Police
Eugene Tackleberry looks like the biker cop from GTA SA.
hahaha
but white
Those would be mine quarters! Thank you officer.
Third guy got that cadet tackleberry stance 😂
So I'm thinking the old lady looks familiar, but I can't place her. Then I'm like "Is she one of the Helens from The Kids In The Hall?" I had to look it up, and she is!
The early version Judge Dredd
Say what you want about Tackleberry, he gets results. :D
WoW producer so genius.
The filmmakers did not try hard at all to hide the fact that this was filmed in Toronto.
0:55 There's a TD bank (Toronto-Dominion), a Toronto Sun newspaper box and more...
The City they were in is fictional anyway. (Metro City)
Way to go,Tackleberry.
Omg!! Look 👀 it's Canada's worst driver's cam woolly 😂😂
Rev_80 M where
0:33 Oh how I miss my Commodore 64. It was too early to have an Amiga. Which is sitting on the shelf right next to me.
comodore 64!
Good, I'm not the only person who noticed.
You'll pay her now!!!!!
0:57 I wonder what year that nice old dodge Aries K Car is. I used to drive one.
My Favorite Police Movie
Great scene on how not to handle a firearm.
W00t upload more Police Academy series clips!
SnakeSpiker yeah the one in the second movie where Mahoney says "be gentle" with a long balloon in his shorts
Most cops never fire their gun on duty. Tackleberry does several times a day
Just imagine if they made a parody movie to terminator 2, tackleberry would be the t1000
S&W Mode 29 .44 Magnum
most classical modern revolver! dirty harry's signature gun
I'm thinking 629 or Ruger RedHawk, possibly.
@@grigorirasputin5020 Ruger Redhawk
That's no S&W model 29 in .44 magnum
That's a 8-inch Super Redhawk in .454 Casull! ❤️
2:05😁
Got my period today. Feeling like I could do a Tackleberry to anyone who even breathes in my direction.
My favorite film
ahh, good ol' Commodore 64 keyboard.
Las mejores películas como estas ningunas 👍👍
😄 Can you identify your quarter?
There's always a new use for a gun.
They don't make quality stupid shows anymore. All of these movies were so stupid yet fun and funny. Now days there's just no comedy in them its just stupid.
00:32 COMMODORE 64 😺👍🕹️!
I still own the original Commodore 64 and

Tackleberry is not using a standard issue police revolver... that thing looks like it can blow half a mans body off.
Tackleberry use 500 magnum
His mum gave it to him....

@@eggyagustino6804 The 500 Smith and Wesson came out in 2003. A few years after this movie came out.
0:32 is this a Commodore 64 computer? 😂
We need more cob like tacolbery
this would probably be me if i was a cop.
it means im stupid
My gun is bigger then yours
I don't think I would trust any police force that runs on a Commodore64.
And that's how you get fired on the spot from police department.. You just shoot at the phone boot in public..
Considering there are no more phone booths I'd say cops are safe from this particular scenario.
good thing. you stRted at six.
does anybody know what car is this police car?
Chevrolet Impala
Td bank
😂😂😂😊😊😊
And hightower bubba smith
Hilarious
Better times
We got too many Tackleberrys
Commodore 64 in good use, too bad the power led is not on and no wiring present. Don't bang that dead keyboard officer.

Only 1st and 3rd are worth it, IMHO
@@iolair1973 I found the 5th, i believe it was, on netflix but couldn't watch more than 10 minutes.. bad movie
1,2,3 are pretty good to sum up the series 4 is eh and the last few I'd pass on
I enjoy 1 through 4. 5 once in a blue moon. The others. Well. I've seen them once. Not even in the theater. 5 was the last I paid to see.
The 2nd onwards have a goofball silly tone. Only the first one is good.
