At the time, I understood it to mean that Leslie was on vacation (from her job and whatnot) to see the band, and so they weren't going to ask her to work.
Woah -- at 2:54, it looks a lot like Tanya is giving the finger to somebody else onstage (Kristin??)... it's quick but pretty unmistakable, and it looks like she means it!
