To all the dealers of CSC and the Management of CSC this is good that you have got the interchange.
And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them business.

When are they going to build the villas
Last year in April received a letter in Australia where they mentioned that it will be ready in Sep 23.
Now it’s July 2024 and still not ready.
Every time calling different people different excuses.
Please contact Malik aslam

سر آپ سے گزارش ھے کہ آپ نے کل کے انٹرویو میں فرمایا تھا کہ آپ ٹیکس فری نیا سیکٹر لانچ کرنے جا رھے بہت اچھی بات ھے مگر سوسائٹی کے سب سے پرآنے ممبرز جنرل پبلک سے ایگزیکٹو میں ڈال دیا اور ٹرک کی بتی کے پیچھے لگا دیا جنہوں نے آپ پر سب سے پہلے اعتماد کیا وہ ممبرز
18 -2017 سے انتظار میں بیٹھے ان 7 سال پرآنے ممبرز کو چھوڑ کر نظر انداز کر کے آپ نے 10 نئے لوگوں کے نئے 10 نئے سیکٹر بنا ڈالے اب ایک نیا سیکٹر ٹیکس فری سیکٹر آفر کرنا انتہائی ظلم ھے۔ جسکا ہم شکار ہو چکے ہیں اور ہو رھے ہیں۔اللہ آپ کو عزت دے اور ہدایت بھی دے تاکہ آپ حقداروں کو ان کا حق دے سکیں۔
