    Clear discussion about Real estate taxex 24-25
    I have some points about lsc
    1. No site development in Sectors C and D in Overseas west and very less development in sector A.
    2. No site development in sectors A and B in Executive west.
    3. Still no construction of access from GTRoad through Underpass from railway track and from Ring road.
    Please also arrange one more meeting with Milk Muhammad Aslam sahib about above points.

      @@saifullahinayathullah6240 They don't have complete land of Sector A , OS1 and also Sectors of executive block 1. That's why development hasn't started there. And due to delay in development, the local population of village is further expanding. Everytime when I visit, I see more houses in the local abaadi.

    Those who have paid full amount long ago, are still waiting for the development to start. Aur villas almost ready ho chuke hain OS prime main. Yeh villas kis ke hain , sab ko pata hay. Hamare paison se villas bana die, aur executive 1, OS1 Sector A, C aur D ki development hi shuru nahin ki

    Brother, What you are saying. Please look at serious issue on Smart Villas with Capital Smart City. Because property dealers and Brand name Habib Rafique , we invested in smart villas in 2019 with 3 year payment plan. We paid 100% payment on October 2022. Now almost 6 year finishing. Capital smart city still did not hand over smart villas to original overseas investors. And whenever we are applying documents and SOD , then management asking more extra money ( between 10 lakh to 15 lakh for 5 marla and 24 lakh for 7 marla ) for the name of mumty, stairs , square feet . What is this ? It is totally unfair and unjustified. It is absolutely wrong . Who is going to invest further in this CSC project. At least overseas investors will not come to capital smart city. They did not obeying their commitment. They did not have mouth of word. For 5 marla 4 bed Rs.8450000/ was commitment that Everything included. They delayed construction and using our payment for other objectives. Now their mistakes why we will pay. Its high level blunder. If they want to save their reputation then they have to complete smart villas on fast track with good quality construction materials as per 2019 commitment and without asking extra money. Raise your voice for real serious topic.

      ​@@unitedgreenmarketingopen the eyes brother. Do the real study on real Issues on smart villas. Out of 600 smart villas they succeed to booked only below the 100 smart villas. And mostly overseas. They did not deliver villas to real investors in 6 year. Plan was 3 year . Payment taken 100% in October 2022 . Now they are asking extra payment for their mistakes. Who is going to pay 15 lakh for mumty on 5 marla . Its doesn't make sence. Which house is without mumty in Pakistan 5 marla ? They are demanding unfair and unjustified money. Raise your você in this real issue in terms that you are not paid dealer.

      What do you mean by paid trolls. If the concern is genuine, kindly address it or provide a suitable answer instead of blaming. This will further hunt down the reputation of smart city. What if we call authorized dealers the puppet of society. How would you feel that? So better reply in a sensible way instead of blaming the complainant as paid troll.

    I challenge everyone, just look at the approved master plan carefully, you will notice only 10 percent land is actually developed even after 4 years of time. Her baar purani videos dikhate hain . Jo bari bari roads aur boulevard hain woh bhi thore se patches hain baki incomplete hay sab.

    Development work on OS1 is very very slow 😔 🦥
