Got a bunch of stories to tell ya. Riding a normal ATV on the trails in Upstate NY, taking a quick 'water' break ; and hearing a Banshee come for 3 miles away is one. The other is I own one. I ride it on the 'good days of summer'. And Im still jealous when I see someone else riding one Which is not very often. Thats another story tho, I hear ya Bro! Banshee's are last the Lions in Africa. OMG are they killers. PS> Ive been down the roads in WV, via car. I would LOVE to see them on ANY ATV.
So the WV actually stands for WolverineTrailin! Channel just gained an automatic 100 cool points. 😎 I'm so glad I had the opportunity to play with a Bansheee that had just been restored and tuned a few years ago in Colorado on the trails. There is nothing else like it. I feel like riding a CR500 is a similar thing, nothing else like it. Haven't got to ride one of those yet though. Great ride brother!
One thing, I do not recommend engine braking with a two stroke. My rule of thumb is pull in the clutch when off the throttle for more than a few seconds
@@WvTrailN I like it. I live in Pikeville Ky it’s a bout 40 min away I like trail 15 it has a lot of woops and is fast and smooth you would enjoy it on your yxz
That crf250f is more of a little kids/first time wife ride around the yard bike. They're super slow with no suspension. I would hate to ride trails on one. Why don't you look into a woods style 250? Rx or a fx? Imo 250fs are still super tame and easy to ride. For woods my personal favorite bike is a yz250 2 stroke. I ride a 450 in mx.
I haven’t been on a bike since I was 10 years old and I know if I have power I’ll use it and end up piled up somewhere 😂. Want a cheap low maintenance beginner bike to see if I’ll like riding a bike or if I can handle one on the trails at all. Then step up and spend some money on a nice woods bike if I do.
That ole 2 stroke purr is almost a forgotten sound, I remember I time when you could here one almost daily ringing thru the hollers. Nice quad man!
Thanks! I miss the times when the trails were filled with quads instead of sxs’s.
Great video Brother . You are ripping that thing! those trails are rowdy up there to be ripping on the back tires with the front end up.

That thing is running crisp 👌 👏
Miss my old banshee. Selling my Tecate 4 soon to buy another one. Nothing like that 350 twin power. 🏁🏁 Nice looking banshee you’ve got

Love the banshee. Sounds so sweet to to the 👂

Which HMC trail is your favorite I ride Buffalo mountain a lot
Mostly ride Pocahontas and Indian ridge since they are close. Been wanting to hit Buffalo. How is it?

@@WvTrailN gotcha. Look for a xr400.
I have a 02 banshee wouldn't trade it for anything. I don't get it out much since the buggy craze
Would be a fine ride on some dirt bikes
I may have did a thang...stay tuned !
