このBGAを（時間がなかったとはいえ）三日で作ったってところが一番やばいと思う
This song is fricking AMAZING. I like the wordplay in the title as well because the word "they" implies that the colors are people. The colors can be emotions that each have their own way of torturing the person.
And this is most likely fully intentional because Frums is a native English speaker.

Fun fact: the hex values in green part are in the big-small-big(bsb) or small-big-small(sbs) order, so if you use them in sbs order as a hex color, you'll always get a green-ish color

i love sitting alone in my room, in the dark, in the middle of the night, watching this video fullscreened on my laptop. its such an experience that i cant entirely put words to. if you just stare into the middle of the box and take it all in from your peripheral vision, it feels like youre getting sucked in and being hypnotized. it's amazing. i really recommend people try it if their eyes arent too sensitive to it.

i think I found the dark meaning behind this song, the person inside is mentally damaged, and locked him/herself inside to isolate themselves, possibly due to depression or loss of a loved one. the colors may represent emotions. black = sadness and grief. red = rage, lust, anger. green = insanity, hallucinations. blue = acceptance, knowing that they will never be the same again. black = leaving the room, after a long time of being isolated.

After that, it just spams the letter “A” in hiragana, katakana, and kanji. At 1:14, the Japanese says, “rhythm different!” I’m not exactly sure what it signifies, but it could be a transition to the next color.
