It's created by Polish studio platige image. They also created more cinematic trailers such as cyberpunk 2077 cinematic (first trailer released in 2013), the witch 3 cinematic, sniper ghost warrior contracts cinematic... They also making cinematics for movies, commercials and other stuff.
