    It upsets me that this has so little views. All content from these guys is absolute gold! I had surgery a few years ago and was an avid cyclist but due to the surgery I had it meant I had to adapt my training. Mind pumps clear and varied content cut down my learning curve massively. Listen everyday

    I like med ball rotational slams. You get the rotation as well as the balance and use your legs as you talked about here.

    how is it that you guys did not mention kettlebell work at all???
