This is an arrangement of Koopa Beach, used for the map Choco Island 3.
The theme can be expected to appear in the mod around January.
I'm super proud of how it turned out, I really strived to get an arrangement on par with official arrangements that appear in Mario Kart 8, I think I got pretty close!
