Why don't they just agree on one president at a time. We the people of South sudan are exhausted of war. We want to live peacefully and comfortably.

My uncle is in the parliament with a big laptop infront of him but he cannot read or understand English. Anyways i feel proud because i now have a country which makes me very happy.
Why are African President's always accompanied by a Military General? I'm just curious.
