It’s my 10 years vegan anniversary as well 🎉 Your channel was one of the first channels I subscribed when I was researching this lifestyle. 10 years later, we are still here 🙌🏼
Wow! This Thanksgiving marked my 10 years vegan anniversary, too!!! And I think this is Slutty Vegan Pinky Cole’s 10 year anniversary, too. Veganism is super easy for me. I am absolutely NEVER interested in meat🤢🤢🤢
All these tips, recipes, and especially your channel helped me in the beginning, almost 10 years ago. I have veganized many of the recipes from my Grandma Rose's Betty Crocker Cooky Book. It's one of the few things I have of hers, and a prized possession💖. My elderly friends (whom I live with) all absolutely love my baking. Great video, as always👍💚✌
My grandmother adopted a recipe from my grandfather's very Southern family, sweet potato dressing. Essentially just boiled sweet potatoes, sausage, chopped celery and onion, maybe a bit of sage, and salt and pepper. Some of it would be used to stuff the turkey, since it's very moist and keeps the breast meat moist, but the rest would be scarfed down by the rest of us. I've never been able to eat sweet/dessert type sweet potatoes, except as pie. After a while, my mother stopped stuffing the bird and we just ate it as another side. I didn't eat it for a long time, because my husband and son aren't fans. However, for a few years, I was able to get Impossible brand sausage in a tube that was very sausagey. I heard it's been discontinued and I can't find it around here anyway. I might try Field Roast or more likely, Beyond beef flavored like sausage for Christmas.
8 years vegan next month and I love your channel! One thing I missed was tacos! A simple delish way I prepare is mixing crumbled Upton’s traditional seitan with Herdez Salsa Verde Mild in corn tortillas and then topping with shredded green cabbage, diced onion and cilantro plus some hot sauce and forager’s plain yogurt (like sour cream) - yum, so delish and easy! 🤤🤤🤤
Beautiful videography! Thanks for the meal tips. I include so much soy in my diet. And I'm building strength and muscle mass. Yay! And lettuce! YES! So delicious and versatile. I love using it for a wrap.
Congratulations beautiful & gorgeous Rose on being vegan for 10+ years and you have been an inspiration since I became vegan 8 years ago. Yummy 😋😋 vegan food in this awesome what Rose ate in a day video and love 🥰 it. Love 💕 Rose.
I put 1 part lentil and 1 part white rice rinsed 4-5 times in 3 parts water in a pressure cooker. I season with gluten free soy sauce and 2-3 servings of coconut oil and a 1/2 diced up habanero pepper. I drink lemon chia pudding or vanilla soy milk or seltzer water. I put the left overs in the fridge and microwave for 2 minutes the next time I am hungry! I eat tofu, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Texas ruby red grapefruits are coming into season.
Congrats on 10 years! I’ll be 4 this Christmas! Is ssamjang spicy like gochujang or does it have some sweetness to it? Can it be compared to anything? I don’t want to buy a tub without knowing if I’d like it first. Thanks anyone who answers haha
Congrats on over 10 years ! I’m approaching 8 years ! Rose , I need your help! I bought sambal oelek think based off one of your recipes that I wanted to make but now I can’t remember the recipe ! How do you use this ? Is that what you put in your wraps ??
Been following you for a few years now and have to say that your content is simply the best on here! You helped me to eat plant based and I feel so great! Thanks for your content 😁
Nearly 20 year vegan here and I totally agree with you on tofu and making those Korean lettuce wraps! Something that I think people don’t realize is how little fiber most people are getting in their diets. You’re showing a lot of fiber in these meals. Yay!❤❤❤❤❤
Congrats on the journey guys...just a little food for thought, to know our fruits different the seeds grow on the inside as oppose to veggies the seeds grow outside.😊
I recently had my blood work done and apart from my iron (I have really heavy periods 😅 sorry TMI) everything was great! My dr was surprised when I reminded her I was vegan lol also I'm a junk food vegan for real
I CANNOT find smoked tofu in any store in Eugene, Oregon anymore. Your “crab” rolls are our favorite and I’m so sad. Do you have an online source that you know of?
They had some at Safeway the last time I was there and I’m just a little further north than you. I live in a small city too. They don’t usually have it, but maybe because all the Tofurky stuff they got extra stuff in. I’d imagine there has to be a recipe to make your own.
Hi! Hello! At my age and it as being 30 years that I'm vegan, In my opinion, your not the good person to tell me what to do. You have majorly lots of things you have to learn on this and that. Thank you

What’s a vegetable with a seed growing on the outside? Cucumbers have seeds inside
I recently had my blood work done and apart from my iron (I have really heavy periods 😅 sorry TMI) everything was great! My dr was surprised when I reminded her I was vegan lol also I'm a junk food vegan for real
