Most people are not told that after you refit any clutch actuator, you need to re-train the Transmission Control Module (TCM) it needs to re-learn clutch biting points, old points will not necessarily cure the problem, car may not move properly or clutch partly disengaged and starts to slip so all you need to do is to re-train the new or reconditioned Actuator, this can be learned without any diagnostic equipment or tablet.
I learned this from a nice Russian guy called Yury. see his UA-cam videos. Vak_service
Before refitting the actuator, make sure the rod is fully extended outwards, if not you can remove the motor and using a flat blade screwdriver spin the slot anti-clockwise until it stops and turn it half turn back. So when you refit it to the car, ensure the clutch Fork and the Actuator Rod should have no play or gap or clearance and should be without any gap and tighten the 3 bolts to the gear box in this position.
Re-Training The procedure is very simple and you may need to do it a few times to get success. So don't panic if you do not succeed at first attempt
First you need a small piece of wire about 3 inch long to bridge pins 4 and pin 13 on your 16 pin diagnostic connector or socket.
    Then follow this sequence :
    1. Ignition OFF, gear in "N" , using a 3" Wire link, bridge pin 4 and pin 13 together. wait 10 seconds then do next step
    2. switch on Ignition only, do not press brake pedal yet,
    3. Pump brake pedal On and Off very rapidly at least 7 times in about 3 second period, so very fast pumping,
    4. You should now hear Two beep sounds, like beep -beep.
    5. Press your brake pedal down and hold it down throughout the next instructions
    6. Now whilst brake pedal is held down move the gear leaver through these 12 step sequence exactly starting with gear being in [N ], move it to [E] then [M] then [+] then [M] then [ - ] then [M] then [+] then [M] then [ - ] then [E] and finally [N] .
    7.Release Brake Pedal
    8. Press and release Brake pedal once only, you should hear 3 beeps like Beep-Beep-Beep
    9. Pump Brake Pedal 3 times very quickly or rapidly, until you now stop hearing any beeps.
    10. Turn Ignition Switch off and wait 10 seconds
    11. Remove the jumper wire link
Your actuator training or Initialisation is complete,
Try and switch on your car, [N] should not be flashing, showing steady, and engage gears and the dash indicator should show appropriate gear and test drive your car, make sure it reverse OK and move forward ok, if at any time you do not hear the beeps in step 4 and in step 8, don't worry, start from 1 again. until you get success.

В России моторчики сразу не меняют, сначала щётки перепаивают, после подшипники меняют, потом втулки в самом актуаторе на подшипники, а уж после моторчик.)

Hello, P0810: Clutch Position Control fualt, it could be your clutch plate and disc or the clutch actuator. P0812: Reverse input signal,it could be the reverse switch.see if your reverse lights is working,

Thanks for your reply. When driving I push the accelerator the car doesn’t have pickup & beeping sound. The clutch is about 40000km. Do you think the clutch is already worn out? I have many questions, because here no one knows how to fixed it.

If the car has 40,000km,it means that the clutch plate and disc is still ok. But if you have changed the clutch plate and disc after 40,000km and is given problem,it could be the type of clutch plate and disc you fix on it.first check your data stream on your computer to see if clutch is working ok
