switch off everything
put the short circuit from link 4 to link 13
wait 10 seconds
turn on switch (everything should flash)
pump bake pedal 7 times and hold
put gear into E
than take to manual
switch to -M x4 times
Back to E
back to N
let go of Brake pedal and than press back down again
pump the brake 3 times and hold
turn off switch
wait 10 seconds
disconnect the wire
turn on switch
turn off switch
wait 10 seconds
use brake pedal or use N
wait for neutral to stop flashing
turn on switch
turn ignition and wait until N stops Flashing
now ready to go

Hello Vak, great work. I have a problem with a Toyota Corolla Verso 2004 between the first and second gears, and at the traffic light the gear slips and the car does not move until I start it again and take off. It is embarrassing, especially at traffic intersections and congestion.

Can you give advice what preventive maintenance to do to keep transmition in good shape, I noticed after a long drive tihe start from trafic lite tihe car judders , is there War to check cluch condition and thikness without taking transmition should I think about changing pressure plate and cluch.. or something else.

Yes, this model drive with no problem about 80-100. 000 km, then start to make some problem with clutch, clutch actuator. So if you did this mileage you need to be ready to change set clutch, clutch actuator and oil in gearbox.
One set clutch - one clutch actuator, them working together and wearing out also together.

In my MMT Yaris 2008, sometimes i see N flashing and the car does not start, after sometime it starts.
I tried to push the car but seems like it was not in neutral . I think its the calibration problem.

It mean the car has some problem, first need to resolve the problem.

Calibration not resolving the problem, it just make that car go smoother, check for trouble codes - if no codes you can do calibration, if yes - first resolve the problem.

Worked, pluss i moved clutch actuator as close as i could and hopefully it won't come back, fingers crossed, knock to the wood!

Hello I need help I was at the garage they ordered a new clutch actuator and unfortunately after replacing it the problem with shifting to neutral while driving still there. What could be the reason? Any idea? The garage claims that they simply replaced what the computer indicated, and of course I have already paid for it, both for the new part, for the replacement and for the diagnostics, and now they suggest that they do not know what is going on, that it is happening further and they suggest replacing other car parts, the clutch and maybe even the gearbox.

Now you need to do bleeding air.

Hi, Firstly thank you for posting your videos and sharing your knowledge! I have a Toyota Auris 2007 automatic. Couple weeks ago during service I plugged MAF sensor in when it was not fully dry after cleaning with the cleaner. Fried the MAF sensor. Anyway I replaced the sensor and car was fine for a few days then all of a sudden it started going into N and refusing to go into gear again. If I disconnect battery for an hour then the car will run again but problem is more frequent now. First time I disconnected battery it ran for 4 weeks before it happened again, second time 1 week and third time it only lasted 2 days before it slipped into N and wouldn’t change gear again. Do you think this is clutch actuator or did I fry something else when I fried MAF sensor because this problem never happened before MAF sensor issues. Any advice appreciated thank you!

Yes, need to reprogramm it, do calibration. Just don't buy from eBay or Amazon - all of them from china - not working. Send to me your original will rebuild to manufacture parametrs.

It is fully the same.
No metter which scanner or wire, not scanner doing the job, the tcm doing the job. The scanner only give comand to do calibration, or you can do same comand by wire.
If you changed only clutch, better to do calibration for clutch only.

Yes.
Do this for yaris:
Remove clutch actuator.
Remove ectrical motor from it - clean it good from brushes dust.
By screwdriver make that the rod of clutch actuator go inside maximum by the end, and half of turn back.
Install motor back, install actuator back.
Adjust gap to clutch fork, must be with no gap - no clearence and tighten the bolts holds it.
If it still gap to clutch fork - put some nut that it will no any gap.
Put the phone on the battery, camera to clutch actuator and make video of proceed of learning that i can see what do actuator and what noieses are coming from gearbox. And send this video to me.

Hello, I have a big problem with the Yaris 2007 MMT. After a longer drive, the N started flashing and stopped shifting. After 3 months in the service, I bought a new actuator, clutch, box computer. The procedure was tried from the computer, but it did not work with the computer. I managed manually with a strap in pins 4/13 N++++EN then N----EN then N+-+-EN , it worked, after 3000 km it started to jump out of gear and flash N . I set myself up as a craftsman and tried the Learning Mode procedure, the one above. N has disappeared, I don't know what to do to at least make it go like before, even if it jumps out of gear. Please give me some advice, the car doesn't move, N has disappeared.

The trouble code is the clutch position sensor. However i brought a new original one, yet the same code shows:
Cluch position sensor circuit. All the wires are fine: car is running fine. Only the engine light and gear light is on

Иногда бывает сцепление проскальзывает а потом передача переходит в нейтраль и машина встала. После выключения зажигания всё становится на свои места. Hi Yaris 2007 1.3 mmt makes thumping sound when taking off gear 1-2 if you press the accelerator softly but if you press hard no sound. It's like the car stops for a second thumps and re-engages? Any help?

Здравствуйте вы же на русском языке можете разговаривать непонятно у меня такая тойота .на холодную нормально всё как поездил немного двигатель нагрееться потом начинает дёргаться при трогании с места скорости переключаться нормально что там может быть?

Вполне вероятно, что надо сделать калибровку сцепления. Но лучше перед этим, проверить зазор с вилкой сцепления.
Если машина не выпадает в аварийный режим -- нет ошибок по коробке, то можно сделать калибровку.
